I’ve had package delivered to this site before from a wine company. They refuse my package this time. I called and tried to use their service to find out why they refused the package. And all I got caught. Was it an AI loop. Their system is incapable of understanding the need to speak with a human. It kept hanging up on me because I couldn’t give them a package number that they weren’t accepting in the first place. Their system is horrible. They need to get humans that work for them.

Went in yesterday to ship out a few items. The staff were both busy in the back so we grabbed a box and got everything ready to go. When the woman came out to help us check out she nicely let us know that the box we grabbed was the wrong one and that in the future we'd need to use a different one. Totally fine! My girlfriend let her know that she had been told to grab that one/ wasn't sure since it was her first time there and was sorry for the mix-up. The man, who we weren't even speaking with, comes out of nowhere and sarcastically says "I don't care if that is what you were told, she's telling you you can't use those boxes." Yet again we apologize and ask what he'd like us to do. He gets ruder and more sarcastic saying "I just told you, you can't use those boxes, next time you need to pay for one. That's what she is telling you and that's what you need to do. okayyyyy?!?" All the while shaking his head and bouncing up and down like an angry man-child. We weren't being combative. We weren't trying to start an argument. We were literally having a conversation with the woman who looked very uncomfortable by the end of everything. What a wild ride. We definitely won't be back in the future. The only thing making this 2 stars is the fact that the manager was very receptive to our feedback this morning.

Excellent responsive staff everyday. Always helpful as soon as I walk in the door. This place is always kept well clean and fully stocked with supplies and everything else we need. 5 star rating all the way. Keep up the great customer service ladies and gentlemen.

The employee I just spoke with screamed at me telling me I was rude when I was just frustrated that they wouldn't release my package to my WIFE. He(or she, couldn't tell) will DEFINITELY not like my attitude when I make the 3 hour trip to come get the package in person so I have product for the trade show we are at. And the only reason I need to get it from the store in the first place is because they couldn't follow the directions that both UPS and USPS were able to follow to leave packages.

Quick, courteous professional staff. Granted, I had my item boxed up before getting there; but they did a great job getting the shipping info entered accurately and had a host of delivery options.

The manager at this location is beyond pleasant. I usually write recommendations based on the overall store and only occasionally on an exceptional employee. The manager at this location was extremely upbeat and helpful.

Website says they close at 8:00 pm but they were closed when I got there on 10/1/21 @ 6 pm yesterday. That must be fix so that people don’t drive all the to the place only to return home. Other people have complained for months but that has still not been changed.

The website and the sign on the door said they were open till 8:00 pm. I got there at 6:00 pm and found the door locked. Two people were inside working (and working hard to avoid eye contact w/ me). I knocked on the window and when I finally got the attention of one of the employees, he just shook his head. .... If a store has to close early, they should at least have the decency to put a temporary sign on the door apologizing for the inconvenience. I won't be back there any time soon. UPS got my business tonight.
