“I like all the coaches here but Maureen is the best. She motivates in a way that really works for me and others, by explaining what the exercise is intended to work on the body. Come here to get get both a cardio and strength workout. This is a good place for all ages, genders, body types, and current fitness levels. You can modify as needed, increase or decrease intensity, and you have the heart rate monitor to help you figure out where you are. If you are new to the OrangeTheory model, the coaches will explain what you need to know and guide you through your first couple sessions. The gym is always clean and parking is easy. Unlike other gyms, the machines always work, the weights are available in sizes people actually want, and people wipe things down consistently. My wish list is to bring back the Thursday evening class, and just more evening classes in general.”
“Best Fitness in Drumhill is my favorite Best Fitness to go to. Plenty of equipment to use and unlike the other Best Fitness’, it doesn’t get as packed. Staff is great, with employees walking around cleaning the place going around you if you are working out so the place is clean. Friendly atmosphere, once you go a couple times a week, the staff will already recognize you.”
