This daycare hides stuff and isn’t honest with parents. They also have too many kids for the amount of staff. I do not recommend!!!! Look around first

Knowledge Beginnings will always be a special place for our family. I have so many great memories of our boys there (2003-2008). I also remember well when I ate with the kids and loved the food ? oh those meatballs were so yummy! The best was being so close by back then and able to drop in so that I could nurse them as infants. Thank-you to Diane G and her awesome staff for always taking care of our kids. Even though they are now both adults (18 and 21), they still have fond recollection of their time at KB. Since then have recommended KB to many younger colleagues over the past two decades and with similar great experiences.

I have sent 2 out of 3 of my kids to KB south and we have absolutely adored the teachers there. Both my boys grew extremely close with their teachers and it was so nice to see. Two of them turned into date night babysitters that our kids are beyond excited to see each week. I know that my boys were in great hands and love that they have an app with pictures to keep you updated on their daily activities. Very happy there over the last 3 years!

If you’re looking for a daycare that prioritizes cleaning and the children’s overall happiness I’d look elsewhere. Started my son here as an infant and he had one amazing teacher who was always amazing with him but unfortunately there are many teachers at this center who don’t provide quality care. One of my sons teachers told my son “his mother needs to come and effing get him” and was always bothered whenever he was any bit upset. When I called to handle this matter nothing was ever done to this teacher. They DON’T have cleaners here that come and clean every day. It’s the “teachers responsibility”. They are constantly enrolling new kids and just shifting staff around to make ratios work though I’ve dropped off multiple times to a classroom that is out of ratio. Management is always just sitting up front leaving the staff to deal with being out of ratio as well. All they seem to care about here is enrolling children and sending staff home every chance they get to cut labor and leaving the kids with random teachers or in classrooms that aren’t theirs. Since my son started as an infant to when he left as a toddler he went outside to the playground maybe 2 times. And another thing is the children as CONSTANTLY getting sick. They send messages all the time saying they will “continue to sanitize and clean” but I have seen no such thing being done and I’m sure having no cleaners makes a difference as well to sicknesses being spread. The teachers always look unhappy and stressed here and it’s super sad to see. They don’t appreciate the staff at all and you can tell by picking up and dropping off. Besides the few good employees they have they could use a lot of improvement. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this daycare at all.

Both of my kids went to KB and I can’t stress enough how happy they were as well as I and the director Diane is super sweet and a great person. This felt more like a family to me than a daycare/preschool center! I strongly recommend KB and is worth taking a look at when looking for your kids’ daycare! Thank you KB for the wonderful memories!

I have twin 3 year olds in the preschool room at this program one of which is on the spectrum the amount of accommodating and caring they show to my children is unmatchable I have recommended them to friends and strangers The staff is wonderful and welcoming and the director is very involved I couldn't ask for anything more !

My wife and I sent our two children to Knowledge Beginnings South before we moved out of state. The staff were amazing amazing. Our daughter was part of the pre-K and kindergarten classes, while our son was in the toddler program. We were incredibly happy with all aspects of the business, from communication to education.

We moved to the area a few years ago and transitioned our toddler from another daycare chain to one in the area hoping to provide some consistency. We went from having an outgoing toddler that enjoyed her previous center, to one that broke down during drop off. We were extremely disappointed with the other center and switched to Knowledge Beginnings south during COVID. The moment we started KB her teacher made a point to welcome to her the class and support her transition in, no more crying at drop off! Our toddler has now moved on to Kindergarten and we intend to send her back for summer because of how much she misses seeing her teachers, basically a daily request even after 5 months in her new school. Our son was enrolled at infancy and I can see the difference this environment has made in his learning. He was counting to 10 and knew a majority of colors prior to turning two. Obviously each child learns at their own pace however, these specific topics weren't actively being taught in our home when he started to show this progress, meaning it primarily stems from their curriculum. Now both of our children have attended this center and it offers such peace knowing they are in a location where they are loved and cared for. The teachers have a love of the children that makes you feel that if you can't be there, they are getting the next best thing. There are no tantrums at drop off, they love(d) going here. Its also great that for toddler and up, lunches and snacks are served, one less thing to worry about. We also receive pictures or videos daily in the app, and updates on their day. They have simplified our lives by being a place we can trust and work with for the most important people in our lives.

We have had both of our children attend Knowledge Beginnings South and have nothing but great things to say. Our oldest joined KB as a three-year-old who had previously been at a home day care. His time at KB was invaluable and prepared him so well for Kindergarten. My youngest has been at KB since he was an infant and his experience, while naturally different, has been just as great. We are so glad we found them and are so very appreciative of their team.

We've had a baby and toddler at Knowledge Beginnings South for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say about this facility. Diane and Stacie have been there for years now and run a well-oiled machine on a daily basis. There are so many positives here- the app that has daily pictures, meal info, and updates from the teachers on what they did that day. They serve snacks and lunch, which is one of the greatest time savers. The lunches always have vegetables and fruit, which my kids will usually eat all of (but not at home). The teachers care about the kids and are great with them. They also offer other activities that you can participate in, like soccer or sports classes where outside teachers come in to teach the kids. They also put a lot of effort into after school parent events, like carnivals. We've been to a few Knowledge Beginnings in the area since moving to the area and this is a great choice to send your kids. We're really glad we chose this daycare.

Great daycare! The management and staff are incredibly friendly and really connect with the kids. When we first brought the baby to daycare, we were nervous, but now, a year later, we couldn't be happier with our decision- and our toddler is noticeably happy with it as well. The center keeps us updated with fun photos and videos through an easy-to-use app, and it's so reassuring to see our kid having fun with their friends and learning new things.Plus, they even provide meals- a benefit I haven't heard of at any of my friends daycares they use. It's a huge relief to know that they take care of food in a safe and responsible way. The teachers are on top of it.You hear horror stories about other places- but this center definitely takes precautions and are clearly experienced and responsible (they will make sure the child:teacher ratio is always up to state standard, etc- They do not take shortcuts. Sometimes at great expense to them). Our child is younger, so we haven't tried out all the activities yet, but there's a lot of extra stuff they can do, and the kids really seem like they love it here. If you're nervous about bringing your child to daycare, rest easy. A few days in, we felt we were in good hands.

Both of our daughters attend KB South and we’ve had a fantastic experience over the past two years. The teachers care deeply about the kids. The curriculum is fun and my preschooler comes home everyday and shares all the new things she has learned. I originally chose this particular location because of the facilities and reviews. The building is large and clean, there’s a great indoor play area for cold or rainy days. The classrooms are spacious and well-organized. The outdoor playgrounds are great. The directors and teachers are so responsive to any inquiries through out the day. We’ve had a fabulous experience so far and highly suggest this location!

I love everything about knowledge Beginnings! My son has been going since he was about 5 months old he's 19 months now. He learns a lot and has fun doing it, is able to socialize with children his age, and loves his teachers! The director Diane and assistant director Stacy are very welcoming and always do what's best for my son, which is most important to me. Everyone there seems to genuinely care about my son and if I have any questions or concerns Diane and/or Stacy as well as the teachers are always super helpfuI. Not for nothing but I was able to get care through a voucher and they never make me feel less then cause of that. They also have an app to keep track of your little one all day. I highly recommend!

This center is only concerned with making money, and definitely not concerned about safety during the pandemic. This is not new, as my child has been with this center for 3.5 years. I have voiced my concerns on many occasions, and am now trying to warn others away.At the beginning, the teachers were better, but all the good ones are now long gone down to bad management that profit over kids and caregivers. Diane is always quick to send home caregivers and cut their hours, and is constantly badgering parents to give their hours ahead of time. This practice is well known amount the workers, which is why this location has an astonishingly high. This leads to a lot of confusion for the kids and the parents. And then there is Covid. They put on a good show by only allowing parents in the front lobby and taking daily temperatures (not required), but not requiring masks be worn by the kids, which is recommended. It makes the center poised to become a super spreader in the community, and nullifies all other precautions they are taking. The one measure they are taking is to have an over-aggressive quarantine requirement for traveling families, which just forces more families to pay while the kids are not in care. This is exactly the greed that I have seen from this center for years.Somehow Knowledge beginnings managed to have my first review removed, and strangely there have been a lot of positive reviews from accounts with only 1 or 2 reviews. I find this all very suspicious
