My spouse and I were shocked.....most pleasantly!.....by the excellent service we got at the Chelmsford MA Kohl's. One friendly and helpful employee in the store found additional items for us in our size, and the cashier, also friendly and helpful, took the time to explain some of their promotions to us. What a great experience!
