My husband and I recently moved to the area and needed a new primary care physician. I researched the area and saw Chelmsford Primary Care had great reviews, and that Dr. Sun was accepting new patients. My husband and I got our appointments within 2 weeks of contacting the practice and they were one right after another which made it so easy for us. When we arrived, the women at the front desk were SO kind and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home right away. The medical assistant (she had pink hair) was so friendly and very good at her job. Dr. Sun is easily the best PCP I've ever had, and I knew that right off the bat. Not only is she incredibly warm and kind, but she is thorough, upbeat, understanding and truly listens when you bring up a concern. She made me feel comfortable within seconds of meeting her and I could tell she not only cares deeply about her patients, but she is an excellent doctor. My husband had an equally positive experience with her. We are very happy to have found Chelmsford Primary Care and Dr. Sun, and we hope to be patients here for many years to come.

Good luck finding any appointments here. Out of all the doctors, only one (the newest on board) is taking patients. The others are apparently "booked for the year." I called in and scheduled an initial visit, had to reschedule and was told, as a courtesy, they'll allow the one rebook and then I will not be able to go there. Reason being is that they're "soooo busy." I will be taking my service elsewhere where it doesn't feel like an exclusive club to get into. Since I've cancelled because I wasn't sure which day to use my "one and only reschedule," the office manager will be notified to ban me. What a joke!

To be fair, I walked away from this PCP years ago so maybe things have improved, but based on the other review maybe not. My PCP here wouldn't listen to me, kept making me feel like I was making up the pain in my lower back and blowing things out of proportion. He refused to order a CAT scan. Well I got a 2nd opinion, got the scan, and ended up needing a spinal fusion. I thankfully had a successful surgery at MGH years ago. I found a new PCP after I realized I wasn't crazy and the Dr assigned to me here was just brushing me off because he didn't actually care about what I was saying. These doctors make you wait 45 minutes then spend 5 minutes ignoring everything you say.

Lousy hours for people who work. Doctors refuse to listen to patients. A bunch of Johnny One Notes, get stuck on one thing. Ignores everything else the patient tries to tell them. Demoralizing atmosphere.
