Buyer beware I started my journey with this dealership because they had a used Toyota rav 4 for sale. I sent an email for some more information. The sales rep made a personal video and sent it to me. Then continued to email and text me that the car is a great value, if I'm interested, I should see it sooner than later. I drove up on that Saturday. Yow was my sales rep at that point. Nice guy, (sales rep) but nice guy. I decide to buy the car. Drove nice. Fully loaded. They stated the car would be ready that Monday. Well, Monday I was told it was in the shop, Tuesday, still in the shop, Wednesday still in the shop. At this point I'm a little heated. Thursday, I get a call from Nellie (service department) Nellie is probably the best person to deal with at this place. No bull shit. She tells me the car has NOT been in the shop the whole week, she just got it. It needed the EB cable repaired and then sent to be detailed. They FINALLY deliver the car to me that Saturday. (1 week without the car I just purchased) 2 Weeks later, driving home from work, car is overheating. WHAT?? I call Nissan. We all agree to have it towed to the Toyota dealership down the road from me instead of Nissan 45 minutes away. That following Monday, Toyota calls me to say the head gaskets are blown. FANTASTIC I call and deal with Chabel. He sends me a web site to see a Ford Edge he will trade me. I hemmed and hawed. I called on Thursday, spoke to John because Chabel wasn't in. I told John I was coming in that Saturday to test drive the Edge but if I didn't like it, have a check ready for me for the Toyota. I email Chabel on Friday to reiterate what I said to John. I will be up tomorrow to test the car and if I don't like it, have a check ready... Friday afternoon, I found a car at another dealership. I email chabel and state I will be up tomorrow for the check as I bought a car elsewhere. That was at 3pm on Friday. He emails me back at 8:30 Am on Saturday stating there is no one there today to sign a check. HUH? So, what if I didn't like the Edge? I then get on to the general manager Chris who apparently has no clue what is going on. (OK, sure) He agrees to have a runner bring me the check on Monday.. (which finally happened) Their website states they are under new management. Give them a chance...I can only imagine how horrible they use to be? It is not a place I would ever recommend; the sales team are all lying POS... My ONLY positive experience was with Nellie, in service. She tries to do the right thing, even if she gets some back lash for it.
