Almost any time we ve gone there for balloons, the workers claim they can't sell us the balloons already blown up due to them being busy.

I went in with a complicated order which was to be delivered in Florida. Rick worked with me to order balloons and be sure they arrived at the correct place, date and time. Thank you, Rick. This could have been a disaster, but you made it work out. I really appreciate your taking the time to help me

Got some balloons for a friend's birthday- Rick was friendly and helpful even though it was his lunch. He stayed to help with all of us lunchtime customers so that's saying something.

This location has it all for the most part. I recently was planning a big birthday bash for a teenager and found just about everything I needed from this location. I wish I hadn't wasted time going to other locations. The prices are more comparable than they used to be which I can appreciate. Still pricey but not completely killing my pocket.Amazing balloon selection but be warned they are super busy. If you need balloons for a party, order them well in advance so they are ready when you need them.Staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me find what I couldn't find even though they were swamped the day I came in. Party was a success and everyone complimented the color scheme decorations. Wish I took pictures but that's what happens when you host a party.

Great collection of items all required for hosting a party. They offer helium fill ups in balloons as well for free on specific balloon sets that you purchase there.

Really helpful staff and the store is SO organized it is easy to find things. I had about given up on PartyCity based on dealing with a store south of this one, but turns out I had just picked the wrong Party City. In Chelmsford they understand that you might be short on time and they really are super quick to open another register or tell you exactly where something is. Everything was clean, too, the way a store would look if corporate was coming. Go to this one, it's SO much better than the alternative closer to the mall.
