Route 3A Motors has been servicing 2 of my bikes for years. Brian and Ryan are incredible Customer Service guys who consistently raise the bar. If an issue comes up, they respond quickly to discuss what was found and my options to rectify things along with cost options. I've been riding for more than 40 years and have been disappointed by many places. I continue to return to their shop because of the service received. They are knowledgeable about all types of bikes and are a delight to work with. Thank you for. All you have done for not only me but the community at large.

Place is a complete rip off! Tried to buy a Can-Am riker 900 rally. It was like 11,000. They were trying to charge a setup fee it's USED! Try to tack on 2500 worth of extra charges The girl was rude. Ever since it was taken over by an ex Patriot place went downhill!!! Went and bought a way better machine a year newer at hooksett Motorsports. With more extras and way better. Do not go through them They are not like they used to be They suck now

zero stars for this crappy dealership, go elsewhere!!! i called to check the availability of rykers, the person confirmed they had one left and i expressed a strong interest in it, the person would not give me a quote on phone and instead made me wait close to an hour for one by email. i literally called her back after 25 plus minutes because it was taking so long, yet i sat and waited thinking i was going to the dealership to put the deal together once i knew what the otd price would be , and that this person wouldn't be scummy enough to sell it to someone else meanwhile. not to mention they try to charge 42 dollars for panels they have to install anyway as part of putting the bike together, rip off alert!! finally after almost an hour of wasting my valuable time the quote finally arrives in my email, not even a second later this woman is calling me telling me someone else just put a deposit on it! are you kidding, you waste an hour of my time making me wait for your email quote while you figure out how much bullshit you can charge me for to make more money for your greedy owners, and then turn around and sell it to someone else when you know i am interested? scum!! fyi all other dealerships i have looked into are about 500.00 cheaper then these rip of scum bags! the best part was the woman that called me actually had the odasity, to try and tell me she would call me when others came in, like i would actually give them my business after this!! unreal!!

The service manager was rude, obnoxious and absolutely no help to me. He makes promises that he can't or won't keep. Truly the worst experience of my life. I will never purchase parts or utilize the service department again

Owners of Indian North Boston where i got ripped off by a sales person named Jeff Sarno. Been trying to call here for a few days no answer. If they allow sales people to say “that’s ok we will just up charge him next time” at a business they own. I can’t get in touch with a gm or owner. They don’t exist.

Sold me a car with major problems. Took it back for repairs 3 times. They did the bare minimum and every time it stopped working the next day. Not returning calls or messages.

My husband bought a mustang from them the guy said there’s absouloutly nothing wrong with it when in fact in less than five days my husband spent almost 1,000 bucks on repairs I definatly would never tell anyone to buy a vehicle from them they shouldn’t lie like that and than don’t want to pay any of the money for repairs even though it’s got a warranty bad buissness
