We just moved and needed a huge amount of paint mixed, including custom colors. The team here was amazing! We worked with Kasey, Alexia, and Alejandro, and they helped us quickly and with a smile. Very pleased with our choice in paint store.

I came for some paint samples and for a paint deck to view all the colors. Kim was very helpful and extremely pleasant. When I needed to call with a question the next day I spoke to Casey. Once again I was very lucky to get a very pleasant person. Love this store for that reason. Thank you Kim & Casey.

Updated: Soon after I posted this review, I received an in app response with an actual phone number which I called and was ultimately redirected to the local District Manager Roy Hernandez. After a couple of days of telephone tag we finally synced and he was more than gracious and actually apologized which was rather unexpected. He was super professional and very understanding and quite intent on making this right. If more business owners really listened to Yelp reviewers in this way instead of making excuses or negating their concerns the entire app would have much better reliability and validity. Thank you Roy. I really appreciate your efforts. I do ultimately hope there is some Customer Service re-education at the store level, but regardless your call meant a lot.

Horrible customer service. I went in didnt acknowledge me. Did not bother to ask if I needed help. And I called them ... Kim The girl she look like she doesn’t wanna work over there, she’s mad, rude and doesn’t want to help. Was my favorite store not anymore..

I placed my order online and it was very simple! The store was clean, and there weren't people crowding me as I looked around, compared to the larger home improvement stores (not once did I feel the need to hold my breath as I walked the aisles!).

I'm disappointed that the smallest sample paint was a rather large container. Other stores have much smaller containers and prices are a lot less when you are unsure about the color. I really wish you would make available smaller sample sizes, along with lower prices for the samples.
