Sport Loft comes through in the clutch! We made plans at the last minute to go skiing last weekend. The mountain didn't have any rentals and we tried several stores locally with no luck. We gave Sport Loft in Chelmsford a call and they made a special effort late in the day on Friday to get us a pair of skis, boots and poles for my niece. Will and Jen were eager to help and their teammate Tim traveled over from the Acton store to get the bindings fitted. Super impressed. Called back today and they kindly converted the short term rental to a seasonal rental. Wish more stores gave this kind of service.

Fantastic service (!) for our first two experiences with Sport Loft in Chelmsford MA. The first when I rented skis for my 2 grandchildren. Just excellent and friendly service and very good value. the second whe my wife and I went in with our ski gear to get it checked out. They basically adjusted the fittings on on ski boots, heated the lining of my ski boots for a new custom fit and rewaxed our skis at ZERO cost!! At the same time everyone was so friendly. This is he BEST ski shop I have ever dealt with !!

Love having a local ski shop in town. Jessica and Will were super helpful and friendly! They were super flexible and ensured my skis would be ready for an upcoming ski trip. We even chatted about current ski conditions up north, while we filled out the paperwork. Always a great experience there and they go out of their way to provide great customer service.

Jessica and the team were so great to work with. I updated my skis, boots, jacket and pants. They also found a great helmet for me and got everything tuned up and ready to go. Great selection and excellent customer service. Thanks!!!

I have been using Sport Loft for 3 years now. I have 5 kids and we always come here to either rent or buy ski gear and to get our ski's serviced. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am so lucky to have found a reasonably priced ski shop so close to home.

Had a great experience at Sport Loft this Thursday and Friday thanks to great customer service from Jessica (especially) and Dylan. Due to popularity of skiing this season, we were hard pressed to find skis and boots in our size at short notice. The Sport Loft staff were able to quickly pull inventory from another branch, adjust our skis and send us on our way within a day, in time to hit the slopes on Friday evening. We've been out twice so far (to Wachusett and Pats Peak, a recommendation of a Sport Loft employee) and the kit is great. Flexibility, friendliness and local know-how: Sport Loft Chelmsford has it all. Plus unlike equipment you rent from a resort, you can use Sport Loft's skis at multiple different ski areas. A no-brainer.
