I went this past Sunday to use their self service area. Not only was the female working there visibly frustrated but she lacked professionalism. Apparently she was working alone this shift and was running low on her patience as customers approached her for assistance. Though I did not, and was managing my own task, the machine I was using suddenly queued me to "check out" before my task was over or even started. I didn't understand why and said to myself "WTH" before trying to figure out the reason. This staff must've overheard me while "helping" another customer and with a tone says to me "It just needs paper. Calm down" and proceeds to get paper and fill it with no more communication to me at my station. First of all, I was not talking to her and would have attempted to figure it out. Secondly the message was telling me to "check out" not that there was some sort of error or that paper was needed. Thirdly she could have said something to ease her rudeness once she filled the machine with paper. I never bother with rude people or write reviews but a few days later and her attitude still bothers me to relay this on here. Wish I saw her name tag, but staff with this miserable people service needs to instead find a cubicle job. I would consider finding an alternative spot to run my tasks. With staff "so helpful" as she was, you might as well spend money to build your own home office so you don't deal with miserable workers like her. I really wish I got her name. I seriously considered finding the manager that day before I left however was running late already. I

Approximately 11am today, the cranky, already irritated manager came over to help the poor overworked Amazon returns/print support guy. He tried to argue with me saying he wont accept the Amazon item in the clear bag it was shipped in..etc...I was polite about it but he was quite annoyed..why??.If you are having a bad day, stay home..nasty attitude..

Literally walked into this store, and with the assistance of one of the employees, was able to get the one item needed for my daughter's business. As a former Staples employee, I knew it should have been in-store, the online site said order it basically (no store availability). I was led to the Chelmsford location, by The LORD, and boom...one in the store. Perfect Trip!!!

I ordered my Christmas cards from here and they turned out exactly as promised. Not only were they affordable, but turnaround time was quick. I will definitely keep getting my Christmas cards here

I need to give Justin recognition here because he had the absolute best customer service experience in person and over the phone when I had a question about a product and how I can get the best deal when purchasing the product. What he pointed me towards was better then I expected by a mile and I saved literally triple the money I was about to spend otherwise. This kid clearly loves his job because his service was extraordinary. I hope you see this Justin thanks a ton again!

The man working in the print shop on Tuesday, September 26th at 11:00AM is RUDE! I asked for help with the self service machine as I have never photocopied or faxed a document with their machine, he told me he couldn’t help me as it was a legal document. I understand that part but can you show me how to use the machine? I see like 3 different functions on the machine. The girls who’ve worked at the print shop are definitely more helpful. With his sassy wassy pink hairtie ponytail smh.

I don't usually go to Staples, I had to pick up an order and even though things are labeled, I would not have known where to find half of the items.. graph paper? I haven't used that in years! The store manager was super knowledgeable and helpful, he helped me get it done. It would've taken me an hour but with his help less than 10 minutes! Grateful for you today! Now I know where to go to find the graph paper ☺️

I want to give a shout out to Edgar at the Chelmsford store. Showed me a new (to me) way to charge my phone with a Power Bank Charger instead of a 6 ft wire. Thanks for the great customer service.

I just called Staples and the girl was so nice, she put me on hold to go check a price for something and my phone decided to be difficult and go on airplane mode. I called back again got the same young lady and she continued to proceed to be wonderful taking care of my questions and needs. I really needed to say that, as it was a wonderful experience talking to a nice service worker for a change.Kudos

This rating is for that 1 guy that assisted me with UPS drop off not the staples store. Every other staff has been good to me and nice besides this guy with my latest visit. I dropped off 2 packages with this kid and i sent email of labels to the staffs email which they never charge me. This kid took longer and actually printed out a receipt for 2 of the return labels and charged me? Then my package had a small rip and he said he will just place the new return label on the rip. Ok, fine! but then I told him to get a marker and scribble over my old label and he was like, yes I will. GUESS WHAT I GOT IN THE MAIL TODAY!?!?? That same package I tried to return!! Because the guy never even covered my old label. His attitude was very " BLAH" like he did not want to work that day. I even tried to joke with him to lighten up his mood.A little advise for him: " Do not work in a CUSTOMER SERVICE field if you do not want to deal with customers! ".

Rob and Nate helped me with my computer today. Took less than 3 minutes for them to fix my issue. No charge! They were so pleasant and I appreciate them not making me feel bad for not knowing how to make the simple fix. I started using the Chelmsford Staples years ago when my computer crashed and my regular tech couldn't my hard drive info back but Staples did. Top notch tech support. Ray Boutin

We had an issue with a 3rd party wedding invitation and Nina was able to help us out and expeditely took care of our product. Nina is awesome! Thank you very much! Highly recommend the print center services.
