Went in to cash a personal check my uncle sent me for Christmas. Made it out using my middle name, as that's what my family has called me by my entire life. He looked at the check, squinted at it for 2 minutes, asked for my ID which has my full name on it - asked if I had an account with them - when I said no he said no he would get in trouble if he cashed it. Waste of time just say that in the first place.

Conveniently located and has very kind and helpful staff members. Especially Anish and Josh. They went out of the way to help me notorise my documents.

This branch is OK most of the time. Some bankers are good but there is one lady, who sits in the first office or at the corner counter near offices is alway mean and bad. She should respect the customers. If this continues then l might consider moving my personal and business accounts to another bank.

ATM took my cash deposit and the store said they can't do anything about it that they can only start a claim which I did: they said 5-7 bussiness days and customer service told me the full investigation can take up to 90 days. So 90 days I have to wait for my money they took. Awful.

Everytime I come there is a line to the door. The staffs customer service is standard not bad but definitely not above and beyond. Weather I am speaking to a teller or someone at the desks there is always at least a 20 minute wait. To say they are understaffed would be and understatement. Disappointing because I like the convenance of the banks but not worth the hassle to do anything.
