“The customer service, level of care and quality of work here is outstanding. I cannot recommend Acton Autowerks highly enough. By way of background, the Audi dealership had quoted me $21k to replace the transmission on my 2019 A8. I brought my car here for a second opinion and am so grateful that I did. Olek and team explained that the issue was the valve body, not the transmission as a whole and then they set about finding the most cost effective and sensible solution. In the end they replaced the transmission with a used 18k transmission for $8k. I saved $13k. Most of all though, I admired their honesty. When I picked the car up they said they thought the new transmission would need to be broken in and asked me to drive it for a few days to check - when it still didn't feel right, they picked the car up from my house and took another look. It now works perfectly - they even offered to pay for my Uber back to the garage to pick up the car. Finally, they are storing my old transmission at no charge while I try to sell it, just because it would be easier for me. As I say, incredible customer service and attention to detail. My car will exclusively be serviced here from now on.”

“I wanted to start with how great full for this place.We Took a car to Rick we had a problem with a 2024 Hyundai rick check the vehicle out and found the problem right away. His guys called Nashua Hyundai and found out that the vehicle is still on the warranty and that was covered the issue basically charged me nothing. I am very grateful to use this place. We will only use this place knowing that how they treat their is just like family, Rick and the gentleman that work here may God bless all of youse great job. “Joe’s Auto is fantastic! This week I was having issue removing some screws off the hinges of my jeep wrangler hard door's, I was a a total loss. I took a ride to Joes and ask his opinion on what to do. He told me bring down and we can try to give you hand. I dropped them and I no time they were calling me to come pick them up, all the screws were removed, I was thrilled. I will go out of my way to recommend Joe’s Auto, their pricing is super reasonable and the customer service was way above standards. Big thanks to Joe and his crew!”

“I was driving my pickup truck from work to home and all the sudden it started having a mechanical failure. It became very concerning since it turned off 5-6 times and I was afraid that at some point it wouldn’t turn back on, and I would need to call a tow truck. I went to Gannem Motors and spoke to Sean. He was currently working on a vehicle in the shop but took the time to verify my truck. He popped the hood and after a few minutes of witnessing the truck turning off, he was able to pinpoint the source of the issue. He worked on my truck for about 20 minutes, made some adjustments and solved the issue. He even connected to the truck’s ECM and scanned it after the issue was solved to make sure there was nothing else. He was kind enough to explained thoroughly what he had found and how he corrected the issue. I found him to be genuine and honest. I can’t express how grateful I am Sean took the time to help me out. My experience with Gannem Motors was excellent and I will be going back for other services they provide.”
