I dropped off some documents at the UPS Store in Danbury, Ct. on Friday, March 8th. They were to be sent to Canton, Ma. The clerk told me, no guarantees, but the envelope should be delivered on Monday, March 11th or possibly Tuesday, March 12th. The envelope arrived at the Chelmsford UPS facility at 1:00 AM on March 9th. As of today, March 14th, the envelope is not out for delivery and I am unable to get a status from either the Danbury store or the Chelmsford facility. The automated system in Chelmsford keeps asking me to repeat the tracking number, which I have clearly stated twice. This is ridiculous. I would have been better off spending less than $2 to put them in the mail. If someone is monitoring these reviews, I would appreciate the courtesy of a status or response. Thank you.Thank you for your response. However, I do not use Facebook or Twitter, and it is not clear to me how to post a private message. I have called the customer service number in Chelmsford, and received an automated machine. I would simply like someone to tell me why my document has been sitting there for 5 days, and most importantly I would like to know when it will be scheduled for delivery. Please provide a phone number where I can speak to a real person. This was an important delivery, and I am getting nowhere.I still have not received an update from anyone in UPS regarding the status of my package. I was told by one employee that envelopes are frequently caught in machines at the distribution center, never to be found. I asked several people to let me know who has ownership for finding my package, and have either received no answer or conflicting responses. It seems evident that no one is looking for this, despite the financial, business, and personal impact to me. I have tried filing a claim since last Friday, only for the website to state "Something went wrong. Try again later". I have emailed a contact ID to report this several times, with no acknowledgement or response. From top to bottom, there is nothing good that I can say about any aspect of the UPS business. I get that mistakes happen, but when a vendor does absolutely nothing to identify the source of the problem or correct it, that is really troubling. Will someone please do the right thing and exert just a little bit of effort to make this right? Thank you.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A BIG FAT 0 IF I COULD AND I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO REACH OUT TO CORPORATE FOR THE TREATMENT MY SON GOT WHEN COMING TO THIS DISPICABLE PLACE. MY SON IS A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF ALMOST 10 YEARS AT THE NORWOOD LOCATION AND BECAUSE HE LIVES IN THE NORTH SHORE HE DECIDED TO GO TO HR TO FOLLOW UP ON AN APPLICATION HE HAD SUBMITTED FOR A CDL JOB. HE WAS SCOLDED BY A RUDE YOUNG LADY ASKING, HOW DID HE GET INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT. THEN TOLD BY A LAZY YOUNG MAN THAT HE NEEDED TO APPLY AT FEDEX. REALLY? MY SON DIDN'T WANT ME TO DO THIS REVIEW BUT I HAD TO BECAUSE NO ONE SHOULD RECEIVE THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT. UPS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIRING PEOPLE WHO ARE CLEARLY RACIST

A month and half after moving into our new construction home, our address is still not updated in their system. We are considered homeless according to UPS, what’s even better is they came up with a guessing game to “correct” our address to other peoples home so they can give away free gifts every once in a while.

I can see why people call ups u people suck lol. If you want to make absolutely no money and have minimal hours with annoying coworkers this is the perfect company for you. Raise the wage and hours if you want people to stay at the company.

I had an order being delivered and it ended up at the Chelmsford warehouse. Then nothing. I went in to see if I could pick up the order. They informed me my package had been stolen. Don't use UPS for valuable packages in this area.

Rating this 5 because the customer service improvement with the dark-haired woman who is currently working there. She’s so kind and keeps it cool despite being the *only* employee working. She needs a raise to be doing the jobs of multiple open positions. I hope she’s recognized for her work.

Worst customer service ever received. VERY RUDE and unreasonable. Since he chose not to disclose his name to us upon request, I unfortunately have to describe him as his look. a black male working behind teh counter was rude and unreasonable upon request. My husband was there on my behalf to pick up the package and he refused to release even when UPS mainline confirmed it is allowed. He insisted he has his "own rules" and do not follow "UPS customer servie rules." He also said he doesn't have supervisors and don't have anyone he works under. Very rude and at the end of the incident, he was more concerned about not being reported for his misbehaviors! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Worst Customer Service. Their automated virtual assistant is of no assistance at all and they dont have a facility to transfer to an agent, guess no one wants to even work for UPSUpdate :Since I was unable to create a new post to the thread I am modifying the original post. What started as a terrible customer experience turned out to be one of the best customer service I have ever received.Although it was a struggle getting past the automated voice message , I found a hack that got me to a real person. Once I explained him the problem he made a note and said someone from the local dispatch would call me shortly. As promised I got a call from the Chemsford Dispatch center and the person was extremely supportive. They even went above and beyond the normal call of duty and ensured we received our packages in a timely manner. A big shout out to Adekulne from Chemsford MA dispatch center for his exemplary customer service. If not for him we would have never been UPS customers forever. Now he has changed our perspective forever.

Wonderful customer service agent Natalie personally assisted us through a delayed and very urgent package! She was unsurpassed in her attention to helping us track it and locate it finally, and then CALLED us! A breath of fresh air! Thank you Natalie!

The manger is super rude, not accommodating, and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Someone working in customer service should know how to speak to people. I will never in my life order anything that’s gonna be shipped by ups. I hope she gets fired.

Your absolutely useless. I call your 800 # because one of your delivery guys put a notice on the door about a missed delivery, there is no way to talk to anyone, your voice automated system doesn't allow you to speak to anyone. It is ridiculous. I'd like to know who the shipper is, because this address they ate trying to deliver to is not a delivery address. But I can't get through to you to find out, you have a useless customer service number. I already tried looking the pkg up online, there is just basic info. I put in the IZ number and it says there is a problem with your pkg, but I can't connect you with anyone. Complete failure of a company. 0 stars if I could!

Currently have a package that was supposed to be OVERNIGHT shipping with live insects but yet somehow it’s 2 days later and the last update has it trapped in this craphole. Customer service said there’s nothing I can do but wait so I guess maybe someday I’ll get a box with dead insects- so glad I paid over night shipping for it to wind up here!Nearly forgot to add since the moment that this facility received my package I’ve been spammed with several phishing texts telling me my package will not be delivered until I pay a duty fee (these are for exports out of country my package is not) and I called the main UPS line and even confirm that these texts I have been receiving are scams and was told to immediately report them to their fraud page. So I have no idea what’s going on here but it’s certainly not great.

UPS in incredibly consistent. Consistently awful. If it were up to me every time I needed something shipped domestically I’d choose USPS or next best, FedEx. But often I have the unfortunate displeasure of the lack of choice and something is shipped UPS my latest package was nearly falling apart, ripped corrugated cardboard all over. Shipping delays are especially common. No weekend delivery. (I mean come on, even USPS delivers on saturday) anyway, UPS is pretty awful, and the Chelmsford hub (the local major hub) is garbage

DO NOT USE THIS FACULTY!!! If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely horrendous! Packages all over the place! I had three packages delivered here today and they don't have any idea where any of them are! After I let them know that they were really screwing our work with this non sense they gave me an attitude and a hard time, refused to take my info because I had offended them. Are you kidding me?! People's livelyhood is a joke to you?! People rely on these deliveries and you could careless?! Unreal. I am doing everything in my power to keep

5 stars only due to the amazing customer service provided by Nataly & Anton, they went above and beyond and truly cared for my package arrival. But the premises of the facility deserves 1 star, the company should invest in this customer service center as it looks as if it hasn't been updated since the 90s, feels forgotten, the company should provide a more suitable environment for their employees to work with dignity.
