Two occasions I returned packages and then packages were just never sent off and no one knows what happened to them. so even though I did return them to ups, the companies where I bought the returned items from charged me..

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff!
I had a great experience at The UPS Store on Drum Hill Road. The staff was professional, kind, and super helpful — they answered all my questions and helped me package everything safely. The store was clean, well-organized, and I was in and out quickly, even during a busy time. Highly recommend this location for all your shipping and printing needs!

Visited the UPS store in drum Hill today. Had a heavy box to return. I asked if they had a 2-wheeler, but the young gentleman offered to take it out of my car and put additional tape on the box. It’s a little out of my way, but they are always nice and accommodating 😎

The help I received today from Brian at the Drum Hill store in Chelmsford. He was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. While not waiting on me, Will and Jenn were very polite and welcoming as well! I would recommend anyone needing printing, packing or mailing services to go see them!

Strange interactions with employees who behave in an inappropriate way. On the many times I've been here, they've made weird comments to myself and other customers.

The Store is OK but bad location. There is never any parking , lots of traffic and foot traffic from other nearby shops like salons , Starbucks , manicure , bikini wax. I have MANY heavy ove75LBS and large packages not an ideal location to make an easy drop and go. Please REOPEN the UPS Customer Center @ 90 Brick Klin rd Chelmsford or move this store to that location!
