I came in with an extremely damaged box that seemed to beyond saving, but they were patient with me worked with me. We even laughed about it. They were great assistance, and I would recommend this store for anybody who’s looking to ship out anything and is having a rough time or may need the proper help. Laura and Sophany at the Chelmsord UPS storeat 119 Drum Hill Rd. Were AMAZING!

If I could give negative stars, I would. The notaries here are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever came across, mainly the manager, they have no idea how to notarize documents here and they can't explain anything without yelling and screaming like toddlers. If a customer needs help, you help them. You are expected to be professional on the job, if you don't like it you should find another job. I go to UPS stores as the post office is terrible, let's not become one. I'll stick to the other stores in the area.

Brian and Alex at the Chelmsford store are fabulous! They are knowledgeable,helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to assist you and make sure you have a positive experience. I recommend the store to everyone because I always know they will make things go smoothly

Laura is pretty rude. I don’t think it’s intentional. Maybe some extra training for her. It’s nice that they hire people with disabilities but maybe make sure they don’t bark at the customers. Like literally bark like a dog…

Alex was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. Alex answered all questions and for the unique and unusual questions I had, he did not gaslight me, on the one or two items he didn’t know, Alex stated he didn’t know but would find out and he called me back like he said he would. I appreciated that. As my Wife says, I’m a difficult customer but Alex satisfied my requests and got me the answers I needed.I’ll be doing business here again. Great job Alex M.! ?

Avoid this store, nasty service attitude. Many UPS stores around here provide great services. There is an Asian like women (I am Asian) was so rude, to the level that I believe she has mental issue, abrasive due to lack of self esteem and self confidence. Never see any business treating customers this way.

I’m usually too anxious to go to any sort of postal office, but the man that helped me today was very sweet! i was in and out in a minute and made me comfortable by asking about how i was in an irish accent! i was very comfortable and will probably come again :)

Amazing customer service! Laura helped me out by re-printing the label with the correct dimensions as well as providing me with a recycled box to fit two of my packages that had the same return label number.

Customer rep was very very rude (specifically his name is Alex). The other rep in the Store named Brian was doing his best but what floored me while he was tending to me, got frustrated and told me that he has other customers to take care of. At that point I was livid! Another thing. Adding costs on for taping boxes and printing out shipping labels! Give me a break! I will go to a competitor of UPS’s or I will consider them/more appt to. Will avoid the Store in Chelmsford, Ma.

I usually never leave bad reviews or any reviews at all unless I’m 110% satisfied or left downright angry. There was a woman with red short hair that provided one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. My friends and I walked in and saw that both employees were busy and we needed to print something, thus we moved over to the machine to see if we can make it work as there were no signs indicating that customers cannot use it, to which the red haired lady yelled, as she was with her other customers (which by the way she was also treating quite disrespectfully as if they were dumb kindergarteners), “that’s for employees only.” If she had said it nicely, I would have understood, but she absolutely yelled it out as if we were caught shoplifting or something. I was absolutely embarrassed. And it didn’t stop there. She spoke to my friend and I in such a condescending manner, laughing with her coworker, and took us to the cash register, then charged me $3 just to print one sheet of paper, without indicating there was such a high crazy price to begin with. I am a nice person and my friend and I were extremely friendly with her even with her first comment regarding the printer. However, she continued to act in a rude manner, as if her behavior was so cool. She was nothing but a high school bully in my experience. So no, I will never be going back to this location even if it means I’ll have to drive an extra 10 minutes. I am also reading through all the rest of the reviews, all of which complaining about a woman. I cannot believe she is still retained as an employee if this is the case! The last time I was at this location, I was met with an extremely nice man who even made nice small talk! UPS, please for your own sake, fire her.
