I have been going to Zone Fitness for two years. I really enjoy the one on one workouts here. I have certain issues with my neck and I feel very confident with the workouts that Ashling has me doing. The workouts are always different every time I go. I would recommend Zone Fitness.

Zone Fitness has been an amazing experience for my daughter and I. Emma started there first and then I joined after seeing her incredible results. Ashling & Chris are wonderful trainers and wonderful people. So happy to be a part of their family!

This is a great gym that's perfect for anyone who is looking for guidance on proper form while exercising. They have very good equipment, a very supportive and friendly staff, and an overall great environment. I highly recommend
