Total disregard of people’s time, they will turn you back and lie that medicine is not ready, when you got a text stating otherwise. At least hire competent people, totally disgusting, never paying a cent to this place.

The CVS Pharmacy on Broadway in Chelsea Mass treats senior citizens like they are garbage especially the lady pharmacist I had to switch pharmacies because of her I wouldn't recommend it to any seniors I would go to Margolies much better Pharmacy they treat you with dignity and respect if you were senior very very good Pharmacy I think I'm 67 will be 68 in December and I switched to that Pharmacy about 6 months ago and I'm very glad that I did they're very good people there and if you're not feeling well they'll even deliver your medication for you to your home and make sure that they bring it right to your door unlike CVS for leaving on your doorstep out front if they deliver to you at all

The entire staff need to be fired!!! not one employee does their job correctly spoke to a supervisor named Cindy she was the rudest person I have ever spoke to in my life she needs to go !!! the pharmacy is a joke they don't care about the health and well-being of any customers and also be fired STOP HIRING USLESS CHILDREN TO RUN THIS STORE

Excellent place, both the pharmacy and the warehouse, very stocked with necessary products for the home and pets, good opening hours, clean, tidy, safe, specials every week, in the heart of Chelsea ?. Without a doubt one of my favorite places to buy items and pick up medical prescriptions.

Every time I have my son’s prescription sent there they always give me problems never have it ready not just this cvs but most CVs can never have a prescription ready on time

This is the worst CVS I have ever seen. customer service is very bad, pharmacy always behind the schedule. I went twice to get my medication for 2 days. I had to cancel it and get it from Walmart much much much better. Try to get people how wants to work.

Absolutely one of the worst pharmacy's that I ever saw ! Every time I have to wait up to 6-7 days for my medication. Should be closed permanently! For everything you need someone to unlock stuff because everything is locked. Terrible!

They have terrible customer service. Due to laziness in getting the medications ready, they send him to someone the next day. It has already happened to me several times, and they are so shameless that they tell you to go to another pharmacy.

Trevor at the pharmacy is the man. Always so helpful. My go to as being local for medical goodies or sweets etc.
