This was my very first time at a GameStop and it was a great experience. Lots of cool merchandise and the store is clean and well organized. The worker there, Brandon, was very cool and helped us out a lot. If you're around I recommend coming here, even if you aren't interested in video games you might still find something cool.

I don't know who the girl who picked up the phone the first time I called was, but she was incredibly rude and not helpful at all, but thanks to the guy in store who took my call my issue was fixed. I had to call again and the guy picked up and I felt a relief that it was someone new who can better help me with my situation. Two stars just for the rude interaction but other than that there are nicer people in store.

I went to get a headset for my PlayStation 5 at the local GameStop. First there’s no headsets, just pieces of cardboard to represent them with No prices. Ask how I’m supposed to know the price? “Ya that would help” was the response along with telling me he knows the prices if I need to know. I say I want any headset under $40. Goes to look in the back saying there probably isn’t any left and comes back with a $60 pair saying it’s the cheapest that have. No thanks. Meanwhile Walmart, Target and Amazon have a large collection to choose from. Good luck GameStop. I can’t believe you’re still in business.

Every controller has issues. My XBox power brick shut down. Went to GS Chelsea, where they tried to up sell a new Xbox. They lied and said they didn't have any power bricks, but when I went to GS Cambridge and asked them to search Chelsea's inventory, turns out the had 12 bricks on hand. And, the last headset I bought from them didn't work in any of my 3 controllers. The right side didn't work in one, no audible another, and caused stick drift in my beater controller. This is one of the worst GS location because the staff are lazy and don't care about their customers. Each transaction is just to get you out the door.

Bought a PlayStation 4 from them today. Didn’t work. Went to go exchange it. They second one didn’t work. What a lovely store.

I went to this GameStop looking to trade in an Xbox game for.a new game. Their selection of new Xbox games were okay, just the major releases. The store is easy to navigate and each console gaming section is clearly marked. I went on a weekday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all and the salesperson helped me out right away. I got the standard credit for my trade-in and the whole process took less than five minutes. If I needed to get my hands on a popular game right away I would consider coming back.
