I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but given my experience I need to be honest.As an entrepreneur my preference is to use local vendors when possible. I normally use VistaPrint but I wanted to give Kendall Press a shot as they are in my neighborhood. And given their reviews I assumed I would be in good hands.Communication:I was clear from the start I was looking to have my jobs expedited as I needed marketing material soon as possible. This didn’t pose an issue initially. There was definitely a breakdown in communication between the owner who was away on travel and the design employee in house.Service:When I stopped by Kendall Press to find out the status of my order the design employee approached me with a terrible attitude. This really pushed me in a direction of frustration.Quality:When the design went to print my email address was wrong and the color was completely the wrong shade. They did reprint the correct design after my aunt was kind enough to fix the artwork that I could send as a PDF to reprint. When I picked up the correct print the design employee practically threw it at me again in obvious frustration.Even the brochures that were created don’t fold well like they do from VistaPrint and don’t lay flat.Price:Given the quality of what I received I expected a lot more for $1+ per business card. The card stock is very thin and the design is not vibrant.Looking back on my experience with Kendall Press I would have been better off sticking with VistaPrint. I hope to find another local Print Company that I can create a better business relationship with.

Kendall Press printed a 138-page book of writings produced by the Creative Writing Class of the Swampscott Senior Center. I am the class instructor and had never worked with a printing company before. They guided me through the process patiently, and when we hit a problem addressed it immediately and to my full satisfaction. They were extremely professional and great to work with. I look forward to repeating the process with them again in the future.

Edward and his team were awesome and exceeded every expectation. They were timely and had great responsiveness and flexibility to our needs. We will absolutely be working with them in the future.
