This company is very bad, no one should send the owner, he takes the money and continues sleeping at night. He doesn't promise what he says...for all the people who read this, the owner of the company is from El Salvador and is already going bankrupt. In the future he plans to join his brother in April another company and scam more people it will be called Global express do not use that company it is the same blood scammers...their own employees speak badly of where they work...

i will tell every one this agency is B.S. i sent to HONDURAS 3 boxes since NOV.2012 is 4 months already and the boxes still no delivery to my family.anytime i try to get some information never answer or i get connected to other offices and them don't tell me nothing USELESS,or they told me B.S....B.S and more...B..S.bottom line this is the last time i will send boxes with this HORRIBLE agency,no good costumers services,no offices to contact,no information at all.I DON'T REALLY THINK IS AN GOOD AGENCY PLUS EXPRESS( L.O.L) SO DON'T BE A EASY TARGET DON'T SEND NOTHING BY THIS "AGENCY UNHAPPY COSTUMER from: BOSTON.MA.

Worst transportation company, beyond horrific customer service. I sent a package down to my family in Honduras for Christmas, they are poor and could really use the merchandise I sent. Planning for a possible negative coincident I insured the package with the companies insurance plan for the full value of the contents. The package contents where valued around 800 dollar, not a small amount. So package was picked up, sent and delivered as planned, however upon opening the content my family found some items missing to include a fan, some expensive clothing, and such items valuing around 100 dollars. So not worrying as I had insurance I contacted them immediately at their Boston, MA office. After some rather aggravating communication with their rep. I eventually was able to create a report that would be reviewed and assessed. This I was told was to take up to three weeks. So three weeks passed and I still had not received a call back, so I then contacted their office once again, and this is where the fun begins. I was told by their operations manager that no such report was made and further as too much time has passed they would not refund anything regardless of my rather pricey insurance plan. I insisted I did and explained once again the situation, I was told afterward that I would be contacted the next day by the head manager. So day passes no call so I contact them again and guess what the manger unbeknownst to anyone is in El Salvador and will not be available any time soon, so plan B, he tells me that I will be contacted by another manager later on who should be able to assist me. As usual time passes. nothing so I call back only to find out that the guy I was previously talking to is not available, and further that the other manager I was to be referred to is in Miami and will not be back till January, wow shocking. So now I have been told to wait a week and will be contacted with further details of what to do next, yeah right. So if 15% package loss is acceptable, and atrocious customer service excites you by all means go with Medrano Express, otherwise do your self a favor and steer clear of this train wreck of a company.
