Terrible service, I could not pay my telephone bill just because the account is in my husband's name, it is not coherent knowing that there are more lines and it is logical that having more than 1 line can pay another person who is not the owner of the account illogical

I am not one to EVER leave reviews even when I really mean too!? But I have to say, Luis was just lovely! From the moment I walked through the door he was very welcoming. I was very pleased with my experience considering I came to Chelsea from Medford because the Medford location refused to help me. Not even a little bit when I've been a customer of Metro PCS for 15 years. Long story short, Luis all my needs and I am very happy so Thank You Luis!?✨?

Ive been a customer at this stores for about 10 years now and everytime i come in they employees are so polite and helpful. Today I come in and Luis C was working and he did an amazing job helping me chose a new phone. Highly recommend this location

Too much money. Associate's at stores are not trained properly. It shouldn't cost more to pay bill in person. I am going to switch carriers. Had enough of Metro.
