At first Jason gave me the name of someone in Marblehead who works on BMW's & Minis and while I was still in his lot calling them, he came over to my car and asked me to pull it in because he thought he knew what it might be. It was exactly what he thought it was. He ordered the part & put it in the following day. I’ve sent several people to them since. All were equally happy. This was a year ago & I don’t remember the exact amount I paid but I know the part, including labor was less than $100. ?”

I true gentleman who looks to help you and get you back on the road.I have had two instances where I brought my vehicle in (2010 Honda Ridgeline) for a quick fix and both times were a surprise!The first, he told me that he just needed to adjust something by my tie-rod, which was no charge. The second time, he did my front brakes which cost far under what I was quoted at two other places.I have brought my kids cars in for oil changes and the service and timing has been perfect each and every time!Definitely a 5-star!One more thing: please be sure to call before you drop your car so that Bob is able to get to it that same day! They took the car right away, diagnosed the problem fast, and fixed it the same day. The noise is completely gone now and the car drives perfectly. “This is a long overdue review! I've brought three different cars to Wagner and his team several times over the years. They've always done excellent work at an extremely fair price, and work so quickly. Normally I call the day before I'm hoping to come and they can always squeeze me in. But what I really want to highlight is Wagner's kindness, good humor and empathy. As a woman, and someone not well versed in cars, I often feel intimidated and frankly naive when working with mechanics. Wagner has always made me feel welcome and at ease, and has explained things in depth. For me, this is almost more important than great work and good prices.
One more thing: They are now offering door-to-door car pickup and dropoff at no additional charge. They'll pick up your car from your home, and return it after the work is complete. It saved me a ton of time and headache, highly recommend!”
“I took my car to this shop because my ABS and traction control lights were on - they took a look at it and noticed that my front left strut had broken as well. They physically showed me everything that needed repairs, we set up an appointment, and they fixed everything in one day. They even replaced a bulb that was out and didn't charge for labor.
