“It was my first experience with a pawn shop. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect.
During my visit they walk me through every step of the process selling gold coins and explained to me what every piece was worth in gold based on the weight, karat and today’s gold spot price. I was able to be paid much more than I expected and I was happy with the entire experience!

“OMG I had the best experience going here, you have no idea! So.... I have had a piece of jewelry that I have been hanging onto for the past three years, roughly. I finally felt that it was time to attempt to sell it. Well my search was so incredibly disappointing! I posted on Craigslist, went to at least 5 jewelers...Nothing and NO ONE was able to give me anything close to what I had hoped to get. I mean it's hard to swallow offers for literally 20 percent of the actual value. Like why don't I just hand it over to you. Needless to say I was more than discouraged... Well my parents were the ones who found Frank (the owner of this business). They gave him my number and he promptly called me. He was just so nice over the phone, very friendly, and sounded extremely confident that he could get me the amount of money I was looking for. Within ONE WEEK.....SOLD ....and for an amount I was more than satisfied with!!! I couldn't be happier! No questions asked every customer give this pawn shop 5 stars because it a family business and the husband and wife are both very and both of are very patient. I sold my old iPhone 14 Plus for $600 all they check the condition of the iPhone and it’s memory and in 10 minutes you will cash in $100s right away. Excellent customer service. And meet you in the middle price. Then they erase all iPhone numbers all of your apps except the must have Apple apps then they shut it down. If you have Verizon carrier or an At t carrier. Then they very patient to sell that IPhone for little more money to another customer with the same wireless carrier. I used for Verizon wireless in the customer service department. The most goal of that wireless is to pick up your quickly and drop everything that you are doing and provide excellent customer service pleasing the excellent customer beyond the expectation. This Stoneham provides excellent customer service experience just like Verizon and At t. If lose one customer they will go to wireless carrier. There 10 different wireless with stores in MA.”

“I have been to EZ Pawn and Diamonds many times over the past ten years, to buy, sell and pawn. No idea why others are complaining in other reviews. Brian, the owner has always been great and gave a $5000 loan on the Rolex and $4500 on the Diamond Ring, which I ended up getting back. I read the other reviews, EZ Pawn DOES NOT buy, sell, or loan on tools, so the complaint about a low offer on a drill does not make sense. They also do not quote over the phone, they need to see the item in person. They are 100% legit, does not buy stolen goods and requires proper ID.I have sent multiple friends to EZ Pawn to get their engagement rings, he is great and can get you whatever you are looking for if not in stock.
