John Dean of Engel & Volkers quickly came up the tops when we narrowed our search for a realtor in the Boston and Greater Boston area. John responded promptly to our initial enquiry and provided compelling information on his knowledge and track record. He made us feel at home at our first meeting with his friendship before business approach. He had already done a lot of research on the property that we were selling and demonstrated detailed knowledge of the property and the immediate vicinity. He was not pushy and took time to explain various sale strategies as well as gave us an analysis of the state of the real estate market in the Boston and the Greater Boston area. John did both a virtual and a physical staging that really helped to showcase our nice apartment. His approach was spot on as we received an offer at the price we wanted on the first day of open house. We live outside the States with a 12 hour time difference.
