They used to be ok, but they want to rush people and be rude if ask questions.they made me wait about two hours to then start my process and later stop to take another client, at that point I decided I will never go back. They do an ok job not great in the past just ok but customer service is awful.

Really disappointed, the service was super fast and painful at some point.. I was expecting a massage as you usually get one and it was the worst 5 seconds massage I ever had… I tipped the lady but this is the first and last time coming to this place.

I went today for the first time to get gel x. The woman doing my nails burnt me so bad with the LED light, it left my three fingers pulsing and inflamed from the pain. I had to have her remove the extensions and leave with my nails bare bc the pain was unbearable and she did nothing but giggle and make sly comments to the other nail lady next to her. Hours after the experience, my fingers continue to really hurt. I will never be coming here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Requested style: Purple nails with blue flower
Stylist: I've been here approximately 4 times. The first time was with my two daughters. The three of us had our nails done and they were all done beautifully. I've been back there three more times since then and I would never change where I go.

This place discriminates, they make fun, they don't serve well, and when you ask for something you want, they only do what they want, not for what you pay, I don't recommend it.

They charge you the amount they want not the actual price(ESPECIALLY TO NON-ENGLISH SPEAKERS). This place is a scam, the nails are cute but sometimes they don’t do exactly what you ask for

They are pedants, they don't do their job well, they don't follow instructions, this week I took my daughters and I to get a gel manicure and pedicure for me and a pedicure and short acrylic in front with white for my daughters, I asked the woman That a woman took care of my daughters, to whom she ignored and had a man do the acrylic on my daughter, he put a blue color ? on her nails, my daughter didn't say anything to him because I had already spoken to them When I complained to them, their response was that my girl didn't say anything ?. They are abusive, I asked them to remove the color and they did, I ended up paying $251 dollars for all 3 I am very angry, very disappointed, do not go to this place, do not spend your money there, you will truly regret it, they are mediocre with no respect for the taste of the customer

Terrible customer service if you do dip they will do a gel manicure first even if you are waiting longer. You can’t ask for anything to be fixed because they get mad and blame you like you are the problem. Years of money and always being polite I’m so fed up with this. Learn to treat your loyal customers instead of treating us like we are a burden.

First time going to Rio Nails. My nail tech was Peter. He was very patient and courteous. I will definitely be going back. He did a freestyle design when I had no clue what I wanted and he did amazing. Very great service as a first time customer.
