Going into this post office location it’s a waste of time. At least one person gets aggressively poor service while I am there, I simply asked this old lady to repeated all over again cause I couldn’t understand anything she was saying & she gave me the nastiest attitude, I couldn’t believe it my eyes. How are these people working for costumer service?

Update: A representative from Chelsea USPS called, sadly couldn’t remember his name. He was very polite and understanding, and assured that it is not the local USPS issues, but general USPS issues. Bumping to three stars because the representative was very nice!
Mail regularly not being delivered, especially important mail from places like Registry of Motor Vehicles that’s in the same state… Placed multiple inquiries, hoping to get this resolved, but probably won’t and the mail will sent back and marked as undeliverable.

I made an appointment with the designated agent who only does passports at 9:30am. When I arrived to the front for my appointment, I was told the agent wasn’t here and they don’t know when they would be here to assist. Not only am I waiting but there’s a family whose appointment was at 9am and is still waiting. As I am writing this, it is now 10am with no sign of the agent’s arrival. When you ask for an update, you are told “I don’t know when they will be in and you can always reschedule your appointment.”
Now we are told she is here but she has some problems. Why would you make appointment for first thing in the morning when you don’t start until 10am?

It's a mess. I paid USPS Priority Mail on April 12, and my package has been there since April 16 (10 days ago). No one has given me a clear reason why.
