Update: I got a callback at 6:30pm -- after I spent all this time trying to get in touch with them -- and someone else cancelled this arrangement. A dozen phone calls worth of wasted time.My local post office recommended calling them to set up an extended hold on my mail. I called them about a dozen times during their working hours and they never picked up.Got frustrated and kept calling for about ten minutes straight and they finally picked up. Once they did, they were able to set up the extended hold for me.

They did a fantastic job in helping me apply for and obtain my passport in a timely manner. Staff are courteous, friendly, diligent and efficient. Thank you!

Complete A holes came in for a passport appointment and the lady in the front told me that they couldn’t do the passport ironic as a just walked pass a “we do passports here sign”

Cannot express enough of my frustration for the service that government employees provide. 0 stars from me! God forbid they overwork 2 minutes! I hope when they go somewhere they will be treated the same way as they treat all of us. Their system has problems scheduling appointments for passport applications. They don’t receive it. When you come - you basically don’t have an appointment. My husband had before this problem when he scheduled for himself and he thought he made the mistake but then we did it for our newborn and the same situation has happened. The refused to take us even if we had all the documents and photos ready. All they needed is just to enter us in the system. It takes less than 10 min, but no! The woman said I have a lunch in 12 min and cannot take you. What if there was an appointment? Ok, I will tell my newborn to wait eating for an hour because the usps employee doesn’t want to do any work!

This location is a total dissaster... people working there don't know what they doing one tell you something and the other next to her would tell you something else.. Passport agent should get more knowledge to get throu passport papework. There should b a manager that hv everyone work as a team... at this point It would b easier talking to a machine...

Worse customer service.It’s ridiculous the only office around the area just has one representative. People there spend an hour or more dropping off a package. They should have at least two representatives, but the manager didn't show up to help despite the big line of people waiting. I came hours later it was even worse. Just deplorable service.

The two women are too rude, they talk to people as if they were animals, they make you wait and then tell you that they cannot serve you in the terrible place. They have no professionalism,they getting paid I don’t know why this people are like that.specially the manager.

Can you imagine they give us (family) an appointment for my little daughter passport renewal on 1:45-2:00 pm on 09/26/2023 and when we showed up on time, the passport staff wasn’t there, and his colleague said To us he is in a break. We stayed for more than 30 mins and left the office without doing it. The employees even insulted us because we said our appointment is over due with a full line behind us accumulating for the same purpose. Where can we report these guys and this office ?! Anyone knows.

Last year one Package was sent to me from Canada, the package disappeared inside the USPS in Jamaica Plain in New York, the investigator call to me and told me the investigation don't find the package and if I want to apply to the insurance was in Canada, because the USPS wasn't responsible for the package and turned it off the phone in my face. Now my sister send another package from Brazil and the Post Office in Brazil put the wrong address and the package was delivered in the old address that I lived and the person lives there received and sign like was me, the USPS opened a case end took it back, the problem it is the package disappeared again inside the USPS in Chelsea, I called morre than 20 times and each time that someone answered tell me something different. I called the State Attorney's Office and they said to me that they don't check USPS. USPS have investigators who investigate themselves. If someone want USPS pay for something need a lower and sue them in the Court.About my package I thinking I lost this too I nobody will answer for that.

I work in customer service I know what it's like to have a bad day or maybe be busy, but the customer service on this site is terrible, they are rude, they don't help you or explain anything to you, I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment for the passport and still waiting online it took more than 30 hours to attend me, they did not want to help me and are super rude I preferred to leave and make another appointment in a place further away than to continue in that establishment, if I could I would give them 0 stars

I have made multiple reports no mail being delivery past 14 days in the city of winthrop about to contact the news room nothing is being done
