PHARMACY service is garbage. Someone picks up my call and asks how to help. I start talking and they immediately get annoyed, cut me off and ask for my info. This person then says they "don't have nothing here" even after verifying with my doctors office it was sent not once, not twice but three times. They keep asking me questions to just be nosy (I assume) because if "nothing is there" what help would it be? No customer service training at all to HELP me get the issue resolved. They may be able to count pills and talk about side effects but the people here will talk to you as if you're the inconvenience. 0.5/5 stars.

This store closes when it wants to, signs show they close at 12am. I work 5 minutes away. I was off work at 11 needs a few things and arrived at Walgreens at 11:15 pm. I called the store and the woman said they closed at 11, only for tonight but this is the second time in about 2 weeks.

Will be coming back to this location even tho there's a store in revere because the staff super nice and helpful. Came in today in the rain, desperate to pick up my order since I thought my order was in revere, and had to reroute after going to revere by accident. Did not know pick up orders were at photo section either when I got to Chelsea location. Two teens up front extra nice and their I'm gonna guess supervisor or manager in blue jacket was extra helpful and sweet. Teen in glasses retrieved my bag from photos so I didn't have to go there after I made a purchase. Actually off of route 16 so it's also closer than revere location. Close location and very nice staff. Will be coming again!

They have this sign here but when I entered the pharmacy, the lady said they don’t do it and she had no idea why the sign was there.

My sister called to fill out a medication that was prescribed by a Urgent Care Dr. on October 17 of this year. It has been two days that she requested this urgent medication and she told that they were going to deliver it to her address. By this time she haven’t received anything from the pharmacy. This is an antibiotic and inhaler she needed urgent. She couldn’t get to the pharmacy because she’s very sick and she had not taken her medication.

Today I stopped at this particular Walgreen's to patronize their establishment. Unfortunately, it was a nightmare, to say the least. I was experiencing a problem with a customer service rep at the counter, so I asked for the manger TYLER to assist me.. When he actually did, it didn't help anything, it just made the problem worse.. I left the store feeling like I was a victim of discrimination, which I've never had that experience at Walgreen's before.. I will never return to this particular location again!!

Long story short, I had to experience discrimination at this location, from the manage TYLER.. My experiences with Walgreen's has always pleasant, until today. I will never go back to this particular Walgreen's again, thanks to him!!

Managers need better training on how to process a coupon that’s in a check form. Every single time I go there’s an issue with the Similac coupon check. The cashier can’t figure it out it’s understandable as most of them tell me that they are new. But managers should know how to process them. Some can figure it out but some can’t.

HAS EVERYTHING U COULD IMAGINE, FROM RAZORS AND SHAMPOO TO AUTOMOTIVE ACCESSORIES TO BIRTHDAY CARDS AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN. ALSO HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BED SIDE MANNER ARE SPECTACULAR. MANAGEMENT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING HERE. ALSO PARKING LOT IS SUPER SIZED, IF U CAN'T FIND A SPOT HERE , HANG YOURSELF BECAUSE HELEN KELLER COULD FIND ONE. PLENTY OF HANDICAP PARKING, EASY ACCESS TO HANDICAP RAMPS, THE ENTRANCE IS DOUBLE WIDE SO NO TROUBLE WITH A PERSON IN A WHEEL CHAIR, WHAT A SIN! INSIDE THE STORE THE AISLES ARE ALSO BIG ENOUGH TO NAVIGATE EVEN FOR THOSE WITH JENNY CRAIG SYNDROME OR JUST FRIGGIN LAZY.. AND THE LOCATION - U COULDN'T PICK A BETTER SPOT "IF GOD SAID HERE CHOOSE AND I'LL EVICT", IF YOU'RE COMING FROM ROUTE 1JUST TAKE THE EXIT WHERE THE CINEMAS USED TO BE THEN TAKE SQUIRE RD ALL THE WAY TO BROWN CIRCLE, TAKE A RIGHT ON BROADWAY AND IT'LL BE ON YOUR RIGHT IN ABOUT A MILE. FROM ROUTE 16, REVERE BEACH PKWY., TAKE THE CHELSEA, GOD FORGIVE ME, OR REVERE BROADWAY EXIT/ ROUTE 107 NORTH TOWARDS LYNN AND IT SHOULD BE HALF A MILE ON YOUR LEFT
