I went in today around 7:00pm. As I’m telling the lady what’s wrong with my phone she’s constantly talking over me and trying to tell me whats wrong with my phone, as if I didn’t already know what was wrong with it. Then, she starts talking with her coworker as she’s talking with me. Her coworker took all her attention, then she took my phone and phone number and told me she was going to call me once it’s done. At this point I knew she was trying to ignore me. Then continued talking with her coworker. I then proceeded and asked her if I can come in an hour to pick up my phone and she said in an hour I can come back. An hour goes by and I go to the shop and the shop is closed. I didn’t get a warning that they were closing at 7:30pm, she never gave me a call to let me know to come in tomorrow morning to pick it up. Overall very unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Order a speaker online, they were great, I asked a lot of questions as I was hesitant to order online. They answered all my questions, super helpful.Super fast shipping had it in 2 days. They followed up with me on tracking and delivery. I would recommend them, and would buy again. Super nice honest and helpful. Will be a repeat customer and tellAll my friends.

He was very quick to replace my iPhone screen (just a few hours) and at a really low price. The replacement screen didn’t work quite right and he was happy to just install a new one at no charge. Very good service!

Went to the store in a rush for good prices headphones, the lady starts throwing deals at me, but than overcharges me. Paid 25 dollars for wired head phones, when it costs way less at target, she said she would give me it for 20 but than ended up charging me full price, than the same day the headphones stop working. This place is a scam. Never ever.

Trust me when I say thay this store would do everything possible to help you out. The owner is a nice guy, the staff is friendly and the technicians know what they are doing. Accessories are good and at a good price. They are my first choice when I'm thinking about phones and electronics.

I made an account just to write a review about this store. Amazing service very honest and professional. This morning brought my iPhone 12 in it wouldn’t charge assuming the worst bad battery and or charging port told her just fix it I really need my phone. She cleans the port which she said was very dirty my phone chargers turns on and that was it. She didn’t even charge me for it even when I offered to pay any of type of service fee just out of appreciation. I appreciate the honesty and telling me what was wrong and for not charging me. I recommend this place for anyone looking for repair or a Phone plan. If need my phone repaired again I’ll definitely return
