Kim was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was very compassionate and understanding because I do have problems in remembering things and made sure I knew the process of setting up and using the CPAP before leaving. Thank you Kim, for all your help!

I've been using Lincare for several years. The customer service is always very polite and helpful. Clovis the delivery guy is very nice and always helpful. Only issue I have is getting through on the phone.

Clovis has been delivering our Oxygen every week and he’s been a very professional and pleasant driver. Always in a good mood and if I ask any questions she’s always got an answer for me. He does an awesome job!

From Jennifer, who made me feel at ease, got me all set up and handled my anxiety and nervousness like a CHAMP from the first call AND Clovis,the young gentleman who delivered my equipment EXACTLY when he said he would. He was kind, polite and extremely helpful and thorough with how to use the equipment. He even remembered my dad (a prior client years ago) who use to have a big babt byt scary looking dog. I wish I could give 10 stars!
Thank you for providing such good service with kind people. Let's face it...nobody WANTS to HAVE to use oxygen. :(
