I recently shopped at the Pandora store in the Chestnut Hill Mall location and I had an excellent experience! As I entered the store, Shay (the sales associate) was quick to greet me, answer my questions, and helped me find the products that I needed. She was extremely personable and knowledgable about the products, current sales promotions, and holiday return policy (I had questions about it regarding a gift that I’m planning on getting for someone at a later date). She was also helpful in regard to offering future recommendations based on my current purchase and I will definitely be using the advice that she gave me when I shop again.Even though my experience with Shay assisting me was great, there are a few suggestions that I’d like to make for the Pandora store in the Chestnut Hill Mall. The first suggestion is to add the capability to engrave charms in this store! This is what I specifically came in for and was disappointed that this feature is not offered in the Chestnut Hill Mall location. Secondly, please have more sales associates in your store on any given day/time. Shay did an amazing job juggling the responsibilities of assisting customers in-store and answering the phone, however the store was not busy while I was there (I was the only customer in the store). I can only imagine how stressful it must be for excellent sales representatives like Shay to have to juggle answering the phone and assisting customers when several customers are in the store at once. It just seemed impossible regardless of the amount of experience that someone has as a sales associate.Overall, this experience at the Pandora store in the Chestnut Hill Mall was one of my most positive customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Got in the store to buy a gift and the door was “locked” and no sign, This girl was inside taking on the phone and even seeing us there she just run to the office, and when we left she came back in store. And she didn’t even told us anything there the system was down or whatever.

This Chestnuthill location has gone down hill. I shopped there when the first store opened and was so thrilled with the staff. However I went back recently and had a terrible experience. I was shopping for a gift for a friend and the lady helping me was extremely rude. She did not seem to want to help me find anything and she made me feel like a bother. I asked for some recommendations and she just kept saying “this is all we have for friends” with a huge attitude and was very rude. She was a tall skinny girl with short reddish hair and a nose ring. I didn’t end up buying anything because I was so turned off. I am not sure if she was a manager or who she was but she needs to treat people with respect if she wants business to continue. I will never shop there again.

Friendly and efficient staff! They easily helped me with the issue that the other store Pandora manager Damian (Natick mall) cannot solved.

I came in with a bunch of tarnished jewelries that needed to get cleaned up and polished. Carmen and Alexia are the only two working at the time and they were so busy setting up the store, but they took the time out to help me. They are extremely friendly and informative, my jewelry came out like new, and they also gave me a couple of jewelry bags where I can put my jewelries in to prevent them from getting tarnished. As I was waiting they patiently showed me around and I bought a new beautiful bracelet. 5 stars for customer service and care.
