I absolutely love this store! You walk in thinking you don’t need anything — and walk out wishing you could buy the entire place! The variety of products is amazing, and it’s always fun discovering clever solutions and beautifully designed items for every corner of the home.
I especially love finding products from Japan here — such a nice surprise and a reminder of how much thought goes into good design. The store is well-organized, bright, and full of inspiration for anyone who enjoys tidying, organizing, or just appreciating smart ideas.
Who knew stowing and storage could be this much fun?

Making a review to show that DEI and culture matters economically. I need a laundry basket and I would like to have it as soon and as cheap as possible. Usually to do that I would go to Amazon or target because it’s closer and faster for me. In today’s society, your dollar is your vote. I went on the containers stores website to see if they have any inclusivity initiatives and I was satisfied with what I found. Now I will be taking the extra time to take my business to the container store and keep it there for future needs. Inclusivity matters and I urge anyone who reads this to view their dollar as their vote as well. Kudos to the container store

We had a really good experience here shopping for a closet design. Stacey was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. She listened to what we wanted, understood and guided us to the perfect design. The store is very organized and shopping there, especially thanks to Stacey, is a pleasure.

Asked for a quote for a custom unit, we talked with the designer and they never even bothered getting back to us. Ended up ordering from a different place which was efficient, friendly and cost effective.

It is a very big store on the second floor. The entrance are not very obvious, but has elevators. There are tons of tools and containers for all kinds of purposes in residential and commercial. My friend and I spent a lot of time there.

We worked with Reilly at the Chestnut Hill store. She listened to us, came up with a great design for our newly constructed closet, talked through a couple of modifications, and was extremely helpful through the whole process.
The components were all delivered when promised. The Container Store installer showed up when promised, completed the installation in a couple of hours, and - and this really was a nice touch - broke down the boxes and separated out the recyclable cardboard from the rest of the packaging materials.
In all, an excellent experience.

We Worked with the designers at the Chestnut Hill location to design a custom closet and couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience and the install. I think they did a wonderful job and I highly recommend! They worked with us to create a closet that fit our exact needs and were very helpful when answering all of our questions.
