We had an amazing experience working with Shal. She was recommended by a peer that relocated to Boston last year and I am glad he connected us. My husband managed the entire process while I focused on settling on my new job, and Shal supported him along the way with expert advice and guidance across all aspects. While this was by no means our first home purchase, the process in Massachusetts is definitely different - not to mention the specific requirements from our relocation company. I've gotten multiple cards from them politely asking me to think of the poor people who want to buy my house. Won't I think of them and sell the house I recently bought to live in, to this poor family who "would love to live close to the high school."I would never want to work with a realtor who is so pushy and rude to people or potential clients.

Very pushy and inconsiderate. I'm not even working with them and I'm getting letters to sell my house to their clients. Stop, just stop. Your clients aren't Zuckerberg. You are just upsetting people. When your name comes up to friends buying or selling houses, I steer them to realtors who have treated people respectfully.

Perfect! We were urgently trying to purchase a home for our son. Mr. Shahani spent many days helping us search. We finally decided on a unit that we felt was overpriced but Mr Shahani encouraged us to be patient as he was aware of a potential unit becoming available. This unit was beautiful, a much better location, and a better price. Our son loved it and 3 years later he sold it for $30,000 over asking price with the help of Mr. Shahani. It does not get better than that. We are no longer in the Boston area but wish we had someone with the knowledge of Mr. Shahani to assist with all of our endeavors.
