I have had numerous alterations here, and everything is perfect!!! I even had extensive work done on a special dress and it came out beyond my expectations. Never has a button been broken on my shirts or dresses. I am thrilled this cleaners is near my home!

The best place for cleaning and alteration! Iwas no hope when a left my dress there, but they made a miracle. My dress fit so well ! about the cleansing , they are marvelous either. Thank you!!

Do not come here if you’re expecting any integrity or service. Dropped pants off to get hemmed, made it clear I had an event I needed them ready for including pressing and they came back totally wrinkled from the hemming process and haphazardly hung on the hanger. When I brought it to the attention of the owner making it clear this was not quality expected, he told me it wasn’t his problem and to get out and yelled at me. Hemming technique is fine but pretty awful for a $600 pair of pants - if you want to get yelled at, could be fine for a cheap pair of jeans.

I want to give 0 star if I had an option. I asked to get my three sweaters (over $1000 EACH) and a cashmere coat repaired due to several moth holes. They said that it is $5 per hole, and they charged me $35 for the entire repair. Out of four garments, I was supposed to pick one up on the following day since I needed it sooner, and just picked the others up today.Upon receiving my first sweater back, I was very dissatisfied with the results. They literally sewed them with different color threads ( a bit darker) and the repair was very obvious. They did the weaving in totally different pattern from the original one as well. So I asked the owner to NOT REPAIR anything on my other garments. He said he already did them and made me pay for the entire amount since they did 'some' work on them. I just donated $35 to this cleaner.Please DO NOT go to this cleaner for repair. Honestly, it would be much better if I watched YouTube and fixed them my self.

Towne Cleaners did an exceptional job with stain removal. My wife and I gave a small dinner party, and sadly one of our dear, dear friends had a seizure in the middle of it. She was thankfully okay, but lots of red wine was spilled but ignored in the chaos. Because we went to the hospital with her, we didn't even notice for over 12 hours that the stains on my wife's grandmother's Burano lace tablecloth had set. I thought it was a done deal, but my wife suggested dry cleaning and she was right. It took two attempts at other shops I won't name, but Towne managed to get out all of the stains and it looks as good as new. Thank you, Towne.

Towne Cleaners is my go to for dry cleaning and alterations. They are a family owned business in and the personalized service is exceptional. On top of the great service, they can get out ANY stain and everything is done timely and professionally.

Towne cleaners has excellent customer service and they do great work! We've been taking our cleaning there for as long as we have lived in the area, and have only wonderful things to say. Lana and family are so pleasant and friendly. Most recently, I went to them to hem a bridesmaids dress with complicated edges, which came out perfect. And after the wedding and lots of dancing with shoes off, I brought the dress back to be cleaned, and they were able to get all the dirt out and make the dress look like new again! I'm so impressed but not at all surprised with the great quality service.

This is a family-run business with outstanding service. Mother and daughter are always there working together and greeting customers with a smile. The first time I visited was actually just before my wedding when I needed some last-minute items for my rehearsal dinner. Lana and her sister called me right away because they were concerned about some funky stains on one of the items. They were extremely careful and took great pride in doing a good job. (No stains now!) I've since been back many times -- they are diligent, kind, and offer great service.
