I think this was the smallest Uniqlo store I have been to, but it had all of the basics I needed, in the sizes I needed!! Staff was very friendly, store was kept neat.

I purchased a few Uniqlo Airism T shirts within one wash they all had spots that cannot be removed. Other wash items came out fine - the fabric on this product is likely defective. Store manager was unwilling to address the complaint even though I brought all the products and showed how they all stained. BTW as a long standing customer I’ve never had any quality issues with Uniqlo!!

Very bad costumer service by Miki, the manager. We bought a number of items and when we arrived home we found that a pair of socks had a hole hidden by the tag, so we saw it after taking the tag out (with scissors). We brought them back with the original receipt and asked to replace them. Miki was said we could not exchange them because we took the tag out (but it was not possible to see the hole with the tag on) and she accused me of making the hole myself. She was quite rude and accusing a costumer is not good costumer service. Note that these were a 6 dollars pair of socks over a much larger bill. We will not come back.

It should tell you something when on their website, they have no searchable customer service or information on returns and exchanges. Also, you might notice there’s no phone number for the store. It took me quite a while on the website before I gave up on trying to even get the address for their store in Chestnut Hill. I had to go on Google to get the address and, of course, they didn’t list a phone number so that I could ask questions about a return. The quality and price at the store is good but buyer beware if you happen to get the wrong size or something simple like that.

I went to the Uniqlo Chestnut Hill, today 5/17/24 around noon to 1pm, and I was beyond impressed. Your staff are amazing, the store is clean, well stocked, organized and I was able to find everything and more. The guy worker, in the dressing room area, has great customer service skills and is so friendly. He was so genuine and gave an amazing compliment for the red dress I decided to purchase. When I was checking out, a guy worker, also helped me since I had difficulty putting all my items in the self-check out bin. One of the lady, who works there, saw I was struggling to bag all my items, and she decided to help bag 15+ items I purchased there. When I left the store a kind lady, who also works there, greeted me good bye and said "have a nice day". Overall this was a wonderful experience shopping at this Uniqlo and I hope to return again. THANK YOU :)

Horrible return policy. No merchandise credit without a receipt and no extension for holiday returns. A family member had to search for their original receipt and when I returned to the store a second time I was told that it was slightly outside the return policy. The item is unopened, still sold and I had the receipt yet wasted two trips to the store.

Return policy is not customer friendly. Why can’t you return online orders in the store? Purchase was done 5 calendar days ago and they wouldn’t take it back in store.

I appreciate that this is a smaller shopping center with better quality stores overall compared to a lot of mega-malls, where it's the same stores over and over and over again. What I didn't appreciate was how challenging it was to get into the parking lot and navigate around it, especially from MA 9 heading east. Had it not been for onboard navigation, I expect I would have circled a while. People tend to take short-cuts through the parking lot to get to the elevated parking area. Inside is pleasant, though it feels like the escalators are misplaced. But bonus points for having a Friendly Toast restaurant!
