I appreciate that this is a smaller shopping center with better quality stores overall compared to a lot of mega-malls, where it's the same stores over and over and over again. What I didn't appreciate was how challenging it was to get into the parking lot and navigate around it, especially from MA 9 heading east. Had it not been for onboard navigation, I expect I would have circled a while. People tend to take short-cuts through the parking lot to get to the elevated parking area. Inside is pleasant, though it feels like the escalators are misplaced. But bonus points for having a Friendly Toast restaurant!

Cannot return online orders in stores. Need to pay $7 return shipping. No warning on the website. Will no longer purchase from Uniqlo due to this policy.

Sewage smell is awful. The whole place stinks except Bloomingdale's which gets away with perfume smell in their stores. This place needs to be shut down. There's a review on here from early 2022 talking about the same thing, yet they haven't fixed this issue. Been here multiple times over several months because it's the closest Apple Store location. Disgusting.

BEWARE OF THEIR NONSENSICAL RETURN POLICY!! Online purchases can only be returned online, and you must pay $7 for any return. Store purchases can only be returned to the SAME store you purchased from, not any other store.May 3, 2023 Update:Most employees are nice and a few are extremely nice. Unfortunately, this location had a rude male working on May 3rd at noon who needs some training in customer service; I didn't catch his name as he didn't introduce himself. I asked to make a return for an online purchase and he said that wasn't possible in-store; I had to pay $7 and print my own return label. When I said that the same item was sold in the store, he reiterated that it was the return policy and I cannot return an item to the store regardless of whether the item was in the store or not. I walked away after confirming there was nothing I could do but lose $7 on a $20 T-shirt if I chose to return it. Everything was fine with the employee until then since I understand he could not have changed the poor store policy. However, as I walked away, he immediately started *laughing*, which not only made me upset by the poor return policy but also appalled by the customer service. That's a great way to lose some business, Uniqlo! This isn't the first time I've had unprofessional customer service at a Uniqlo store so it seems like an issue that continues to slip by their hiring or training processes.April 2023 review:In general, Uniqlo is a great brand with a large variety of clothing. Not everything is high quality and prices are average unless there is a sale, but you can find great deals or unique clothing here.Most of the workers I have had the pleasure of being greeted or assisted by have been great at this location. Cassy in particular helped me find options for pants I was looking for. Despite not seeing her again as I continued to browse and try on clothes, she came up to me at the checkout when she saw me and enthusiastically asked what I had decided to purchase.

What I love about my experience at UNIQLO is that I don't have to speak to anyone. I go in, look around, choose what I like, and self check out. The self checkout is very cool by the way. Anyway, I always leave with more than I planned on whenever I come here.Love the clothes. Not everything but most items.

Do not visit this location!!!Worst experience ever, a pathetic store, chaotic, poor services. The staff are extremely slow and bad at their job, there is a queue that does not work and waiting is ridiculously long because the cashiers did not respect the order of the queue and the cashiers are more concerned about talking to themselves than taking care of the customers.

Unfriendly place. One of the representatives asked my 15 month old baby not to touch the baby board as it’s fragile. It was in the baby section with baby written on it, ironical! that the board was fragile enough for a 15month old to break, looks like a baby non-friendly place! Disappointed

I needed a pair of pants hemmed at the last minute for a funeral. The employees were very helpful and I was able to get everything I needed within a few hours.

The worst customer service and policies. They would not give store credit without a receipt. Went back with my receipt few days later and now they can't give store credit unless I go back from Newbury street to Natick where the original sale happened. Their manager has the worst customer service skills which is why she was probably hired in the first place since their policies are intended to make it as inconvenient as possible for you. Never again.
