I had a small wedding here. The location was nice. Rachel was the banquet manager and was super sweet and nice. Would definitely rent from them again

Venue that can be rented to have celebrations. Ample parking, restrooms are NOT handicapped accessible due to they are down a flight a stairs. Were short staffed on bartenders but when she was at post she was friendly and tactful.

One bartender for 100+ ppl. Constantly ran out if soda, cups, straws, and ice. Same bartender told guest (brother of the groom) that ice and cups were not provided for warm soda, but were reserved for alcoholic drinks.When I (mother of groom) called facility management, she LEFT THE BAR to come outside and yell at me.EXTREMELY unprofessional.

I was going to have a baby shower here for my sister. However; as the Covid cases spiked we thought it would be wise to keep everyone safe and cancel the shower. BEWARE the contact that you sign has a Covid clause that only Rachel can initiate. Also I put down 500$ as a deposit, due to the entire cost of the place is 1,000. Although I only put down 500$ they took 30% off 1000$. Therefore, I will only be refunded 200$. They also take 3-4 weeks to mail out your check. Just wanted to leave an honest review and give a heads up on the Covid 19 clause.

Extremely unprofessional bartender. One bartender for 100+ ppl, ran out of soda, ice, cups, straws and needed to leave bar to restock. Told brother of groom ice and cups were not for warm soda, only for alcoholic drinks. Came outside (LEAVING BAR EMPTY) to yell at me (mother of groom) when i called management to address this.People were waiting in line for dribks for up to 20 minutes.

We rented the ballroom for our wedding venue. From day one, Rachel the sales and event coordinator, was very accommodating and professional. You are allowed to bring your own food. Is near major highway and mas spike. Tru Blue by Hilton hotel is right next door very convenient for family staying over for the wedding, and plenty of restaurants around. The ballroom was big enough for 100 guests, and more if needed. Overall, great experience.thank you Rachel
