This review is long time coming. I purchased a minivan 5 months ago in May 2025 from Absolute Motors. I was hesitant about dealing with a small corner car dealership but the vehicle I wanted was a high demand vehicle and I was looking for a while. It was my best car purchase experience ever, even it was a 2 hour drive to get to them for me. They were attentive and honest. They had just gotten the vehicle when I went to see it and had not yet prepped it for sale. When I first saw it they were cleaning it up and sprayed something on the engine that made it look shiny. This originally concerned me as I could not look to see if there were any leaks, but they assured me there were not and showed me where it was parked since arrival to see that there was nothing on the ground. The price they listed the vehicle at was fair. While they would not negotiate on the price, they had a system in place to ensure it was mechanically sound, including changing fluids, and took care of all the things I wanted, including having the navigation system updated at a cost to them. They had no problem with me taking the vehicle for an independent pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle is designed to have run-flat tires so there is no spare tire and no place to store a spare. When they got the car it had newer tires on it but they were not run-flats. I personally don’t like run-flats. I mentioned that I would have to get a spare. When I picked up the car they had put a spare donut tire in it. I have put 10k miles on the vehicle and it is still going strong. I highly recommend Absolute Motors.

I just purchased a 2016 Subaru legacy from these guys and I am a very happy customer!! They are friendly and professional and will do anything they are able to get you in your car of choice!! You won’t be disappointed!

Just recently bought a car here. At the test drive, the back up camera worked. However, first time trying to use it after purchase, the screen was just black. Was told to call their service center (by that time, there were other problems - shaking going over 60mph, rattling in the front end, glove box was stuck shut). Scheduled a service appt. Went to the appointment, they said they were able to fix the rattling and balanced the tires to get rid of the shaking, took apart the glove box so its now able to open. But they weren't able to fix the camera and told us to call the springfield location (where we purchased it) to see what next steps would be. I called and the man that answered seemed shocked that the mechanic told us to call him, so said he'd have to call the mechanic and call me right back. Never got a call back. Called back today and he just kept saying that the mechanic never told us to call him - so what, the camera is still broken and needs to be fixed... he called the mechanic back while I was on the phone with him. He then told me that the camera does need to be replaced, but that we need to pay $100 for the fix. My husband got on the phone and the man began berating my husband and swearing at him, talking over him, yelling, etc. Said we would need to have a warranty if we wanted to avoid the fee, but that the warranty wouldn't even cover the camera. The man ended up hanging up on us after swearing/yelling at my husband some more. $12000 car, that had a working camera during test drive, but was not working at time of purchase. Disgusted with the unprofessionalism. Would not recommend purchasing here.

Agreed on price and got our own financing. Dealer did not have title to car. Said 14 days in meantime I had trip planned and would be gone for 9 days. Dealer said he would hold on to car until we came back , no need for a deposit. Well came back from trip in the 9 days and he tells me he sold the car for more money. Totally dishonest , not truthful , bad business practices do not even go to this dealership. Attached photo of the conversation through marketplace

We needed a good use car in good conditions, they offered us a 2022 Toyota corolla. They tell us all about it with no hidden surprises. We been using the car for 4 months and we event went to Florida and get back with no problems at all. Best guys around they did all to help us get our new Toyota Corolla
We will be back with them to buy our next one for sure

Now that I've had the car a couple months to sort through its various issues, I feel comfortable giving a fair assessment of my purchase. Beautiful looking car with festering issues, including a hidden brake problem. I'm glad I purchased the car I did, because if this had been sold to anyone who wasn't a Volvo enthusiast, the repairs the car needed would have been financially devastating for someone in this price range. When I had mentioned to them I was coming to look at this car, they scrambled to get the brakes in passing functionality only for the car to break down on the way home. The test drive went smooth enough, but one of the front calipers was still sticking. I know they knew this issue was worse than they presented based off what one of the employees slipped. In the end the car needed its brake booster and master cylinder replaced, brand new set of tires (tires should have been replaced 2 years ago), both front woofers were blown and needed replacement, as well as the rear view mirror, rear wiper motor, rear left door lock actuator, and fuel pump. The blower motor had to be pulled to remove built up detritus from causing a failure.They also very very poorly attempted to polish the headlights, leaving built up residue on the bumper. Just take 10 minutes and use masking tape, or don't do it at all. That took so much time to remove.
In the end this car was only worth it to me because it was a low-mileage example of a rare Adventure Series wagon with great paint and a very clean interior. I'd much rather have to do wrenching than try to repair body work, or worn interior pieces.

This is the second vehicle we purchase with them, first time around everything went smoothly as my partner was there, a couple of minor things we had to fix on our own since the warranty did not cover certain things but overall a great first experience. This second go around was absolutely terrible, starting from the paper work all the way up to the sketchy side transaction I had to do that never went towards my car just so they don’t loose out on money.
Mohammad who was originally the sales person I was working with is extremely unprofessional. I am a person who likes to ask multiple questions so that no errors occur, so that im not being played, and so that things can be confirmed. Especially when it comes to my money. I guess he did not like that and became defensive on two occasion calling me a liar, a scammers and telling me that I couldn’t afford the vehicle.
The first time I went to sign off on my paper work and pay for the deposit I wanted to confirm numbers because when his boss was not there he told me to bring a certain amount and when his boss appeared the number was different. All I asked was what changed from here until then and he went off on me. The second time when it was time to pick up the vehicle he stated that I needed to pay for a warranty down payment before he could hand over the keys. since I had a family member pick up the vehicle for me I called him directly to ask about it because 1. I never once was told this payment needed to be done when I PICKED UP the car, and 2. I just wanted to get clarification, the payment was never an issue I paid it right then and there the issue was that I was not aware. During that call he again went off on me and ripped up my paper work stating that I couldn’t afford the vehicle and that I was not getting anything.
To be clear I never once complained about the cost of anything nor stated that I couldn’t afford it or I would never have gotten the vehicle to begin with. If it wasn’t for the owner mazen I wouldn’t have gone through with getting the car, he is more professional and understanding. From other reviews I’ve seen specifically from females this is not the first time he has done this to someone, and unfortunately if his boss continues to allow this he will be the downfall to that business.
Therefore I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you work directly with mazen or any of his other employees that isn’t Mohammad or go in with a male figure to back you up.
Ps: I’m sure I will probably get a response to this review with a bunch of snarky remarks and lies which is fine I have my receipts and witnesses for everything I stated as they also should have Video evidence with all the cameras they have in that office. I don’t wish this type of experience on anyone.
