The women here are absolute pigs and have no common sense/respect at all. If you want your kids to grow up trashy and ghetto, this is the place to send em. Facilities are terrible, staff are trashy, just all around not worth the money. Just send the kids to the Van Horn park for Christ sake

If I could give a -0 I would....the management there is so unprofessional, disrespectful and very rude..! After a year of dealing with her unprofessionalism I had to pull my now 6 year old nephew from there... she also thinks her staff has there medical degree to diagnose these kids with different kinds of diagnosis...then there is the rule that you can’t show up after 9am...even at 9:01 the manager will send you away no matter if the parent has to get to work or not, and they were doing remote learning so the child would miss the whole day of school too just for a minute late..and the thing is he wouldn’t even of been a minute late if they would of came outside to get him on time, but no they waited 5 minutes until he was late..And to hear a 6 year old tell you that he feels like they hate him there breaks my heart...no kid should feel hated...I would highly think twice about sending any kids there..

While I do not have children enrolled my reason for being there is to bring someone to work to clean this place nightly. It is a pretty good size building with lots of things for children, the outside is huge too with a fenced in area for the lil ones to run and play, my only issue is it's on a very, very busy main road (memorial drive) I've yet to meet anyone who works there given it's closed by that time so I can't say anything regarding the staff but I'm sure they're qualified to care for children otherwise they'd not be working there..

Arbor kids is negligent, disrespectful, and non empathetic towards parents and children. My 8 year old son almost drowned day 2 of summer camp and we weren’t notified at all about the incident. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. This isn’t a safe place for children.
