I’m 53 years old and have cooked and eaten ALOT of Prime Rib in my life. My last purchase was the worst cut I have EVER had. Their quality is not what it was years ago. Maybe they can fool people that don’t know quality but I guess that’s why most people looking for quality now shop at Costco.

Meat department staff was amazing. Helped with my meat selection paid attention to the cut I requested and offered suggestions. So fresh dinner was great and affordable. Anazing staff very welcoming and knowledgeable nothing like that other meat outlet in Springfield. My new favorite spot to spend and save my money for sure.
