Chicopee store was very helpful. The problem came when I had to go to the Holyoke store where they weren't very helpful.

Went to the store in Holyoke for the warranty on my battery- they wouldn't uphold it. Called Chicopee and spoke with Giovanni and he had amazing customer service and hooked me up with a new battery!

Visiting from Virginia Beach. Went to move our 4 yr old vehicle from our son's driveway and found out we needed a new battery. Called AutoZone, got a jump and battery was replaced quickly and staff was very professional. Highly recommend this company for all your car needs.

I stop going to The Chicopee store due to poor service for 5yrs. I decided to return 1yr ago unfortunately it seems old habits are returning. I've opted to do 80% of my business elsewhere. Such a great store unfortunately ran by unmotivated, non friendly employees. I've been to other autozone locations it's all same.

I bought rear viper and two front vipers the rep who installed the employee who installed the front vipers never installed the new 21 inch viper he pretended as he is installing new viper but installed the old vipers one that I had before and changed me for a new viper
All I want is money back for the viper that was never installed $13.99

I went to an auto store to get valve caps. The man gave me the wrong size and didn’t care. Somthing told me to go to Autozone. Mike was very helpful, kind, and intelligent in his area of work. The man before at the other store freaked me out. Mike came outside to show me the valve caps fit. Overall, I will be going to Autozone from now on lol.

Normally, I'm a fan of Auto Zone. I visited this location so that I could see if they could hook up their "magic" machine to my vehicle and tell me if I needed a new battery or if it was my alternator. The guy ended up scolding me about my car being a hybrid and asked me why I bought the car in the 1st place. He wouldn't stop either until I was like, "enough" .. so this specific location is a NEVER AGAIN for me.
