One of my family members had an issue on the atm card a couple of days ago. Because of long-term no use, the atm card was blocked, while the account was still valid. We were told by this banking center that they need our mass ID but not our current ID, while our current ID is the same one for opening this account. And, the account is valid. BUt, we're not able to take money out but was repeatedly requested a mass ID. We're waiting for the mass ID. But the current ID is supposed to be able to be used for taking the money out. That's our money. Why we would have to provide another ID while the current ID is the one used for opening the account. When the banking center girl was more like screaming asked for the mass ID, as 10+ years residents here, we felt like they are probably new and sounds so rude to us. We would have to go to another branch, where probably got message from this branch?? But, we were able to take some money out other branch.Not recommend.

The BOA on Memorial Drive, Chicopee, MA has some serious management and/or staffing issues. We went to this bank in December 2022 to cash some savings bonds. The greeter told us that we can only cash 2 savings bonds at a time...but could not explain why other than that's the limit. So we cashed 2 bonds and returned the following week to cash 2 more. This time the greeter told us that the only person that knew how to handle cashing bonds is at the teller window and could not cash the bonds because it would take too long. What????We left and went to the BOA in West Springfield, MA. which is a much smaller bank. The staff there could not be more helpful, directed us to a staff member right away, and cashed 10 bonds on that day. They said that there was no limit on how many you can cash. So BOA Chicopee...you'll not see us again! Poor service and management.

Tried cashing my paychecks, even 1 of the 2 would have been GREAT. Instead I was profiled, and sent home with NO REASON for either of my paychecks getting cashed on a SATURDAY!!! My Boss was VERY UPSET, He didn't want me to think it was his company not having the money to pay me. He's been banking there for many years with MANY issues, and headaches. This is why I use Chime, or even Cash app. Yeah my bank isn't in town, but I don't need it to be when I have no issues, and customer service is great! Oh, and did I mention my account is free? Good luck BOA Clients! ?I'm going to the town hall on Tuesday to file a complaint. It's all on Their camera.

I go through with a check from the same customer all the time and they question it cash sometimes and sometimes don’t my dad goes through same check and it’s never a problem racial profiling. How has nobody caught on to any of these reviews it has become a thing where we joke wether they will cash my check today or not !! The lady even told me she’s doing me a personal favor by cashing the checks I bring in and I’m lucky if she does !! More like that’s what a bank does !! I can’t believe you can choose who you will cash checks for on a when u want to Basis. Will be contacting an attorney!! Last time we had to drive around for another hour to another branch with a sick baby that is a month old during COVID who cashed the check no question when Chicopee said they weren’t gonna for no reason

Since it seems google wants me to write longer reviews let me tell you about this drive-thru atm and exquisite functions.At first you pull up and see it's a bank and you think to yourself "Oh no! It's 6:00pm on a Thursday night and I have no money on me. What shall a lady such as myself do?" Then as you glance back up at building you notice the beautiful awning, and what is under that awning? The Holy Grail you ask, No a beautifully lit atm. As you roll down the smooth pavement your car starts to fill with the light, you stop, and almost effortlessly enter your card and pin in perfect timing you can hear the machine clicking counting out several twenty dollar bills. Then in the midst of all the commotion the tiny door opens "veet." It's your money. You now know the pleasure of visiting this atm.

The Bank of America Corporation actively finances fossil-fuel projects including fossil fuel pipelines. The fossil fuel projects “fuel” Climate Change/Climate Chaos. BoA is financing the "Line 3" pipeline that will carry tar sands derived petroleum. In Minnesota, Native Americans vehemently oppose the construction of Line 3. Line 3 threatens their land and water.Please do not use Bank of America until they stop funding fossil-fuel projects.Thanks for considering.Steve J

Worst bank ever. 2 people working as tellers on a Friday afternoon. A rude manager with with her upside down U eyebrows tells me they’re so booked with appointments that they couldn’t even issue me a temporary bank card. Funny enough I found appointments for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Apparently your manager can’t read cause she was looking at this paper and said I’d have to wait til late next week. Then to “help” me they said I could use the app and report my card lost so I’d atleast have the numbers. Not sure if they’re aware not everybody takes Apple Pay! So no debit card for me cause they nobody in the bank could give me a temp card that takes 10 minutes to do. I banked with td and they could issue me a card right then and there but nope not bankof America. Don’t go to this bank if you need something done that should be quick.

Worst Bank I have ever delt with by far! They're Customer Service when at the Bank is the Absolute worst. And they just up and close locations for months at a time whenever they want..... Like the Holyoke Ma Location has been closed for at least 4-8 months. Now I have to drive 20 more miles and 30 minutes out of my way..... Which is B.S.!!! Very unhappy specially when they move all your money where ever in your account. They are dirty and have more Lawsuits on them then any other Bank in the World let alone just the U.S. Definitely leaving $1 in my account and going to Holyoke Credit Union!??????
