But busy times there is a (up to) twenty minute wait in line before entering car wash.. Free vacuum use sucks in Chicopee because there is mostly never any air suction on, and the spaces are full to use vacuums that might actually work...The front car wash vacuums are so bad they just close them down...wish they would fix them once a year or maintain them routinely!”
