This branch sucks. Bad enough that Saturday hours are limited but the tellers decide to close 10 minutes early. If it's till 12pm on Saturday. Stay open till 12pm. Would never do business at this bank.

Every aspect of Citizens bank…To their policies and back end service is awful. There are so many choices as a customer that this company should be the last one!! The people in this particular branch are fine. I’m speaking to the corporate values and importance of your money and how you’re treated as a customer. They provide sub par service and rob you $$ with fees. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. You and your money will be better off for it

My card was stolen. I was told my card would be expedited so I would get it through FedEx Saturday or Monday at the latest. They never came. I called the call center and was told it was not expedited and would take 3-5 business days. Everyone is not on the same page. While I was waiting to speak to a banker a man said good luck. Now I know I needed it...

I am a business owner with multiple accounts and I have to say I am truly disappointed with the way I am treated by the tellers at this particular branchOn Memorial Drive. With the exception of Ada they are all very rude and unaccommodating which is very unfortunate because Citizens bank has always been top notch in my experience.

Everyone here is so nice and welcoming!!! Sarah has helped me with a few of my transactions and has always been so sweet. It makes it personable when you walk in and greet you by your name. I will never bank anywhere else!!!
