Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. After 2 years of incompetence, arguments, lies, ridiculous wait times and most of all the inability to call and consult with a pharmacist or correct issues are next to impossible unless you press the dial key as if you were a Dr and prepare for lashing for doing that. Big Y I press 0 immediately talking to the pharmacist glad I switched I don’t cringe going to get scripts anymore

The pharmacy automated system is terrible and causes huge delays in communication. Never a good experience.

Are they open after midnight?? WHO KNOWS! Take a stroll on over and you’ll see it’s a 50-50 shot on whether they are open or closed for “maintenance”. Update your hours. Ridiculous.

Jose, the manager handled my situation well and made me feel valued as a customer and he cared about how he treated me. I observed his interactions with numerous coworkers and customers. He maintained professionalism and was courteous and mindful of all customers.
I would recommend Him as a problem solver and I plan on returning to shop at this store again.

Horrible experience. CVS app said this location had both kinds of cottonelle toilet paper that are on sale and I was in the area so I stopped by, I just needed two packages. In the small area where the toilet paper would have been was a sign that said customers to ask front desk if out of stock. When I asked the supervisor and front staff I was rudely turned away and told to come back later or tomorrow because the supervisor Isabella said since inventory was already accounted for that she will not retrieve any items because it’s their policy? I’m a paying customer and I wanted to purchase 2 sale items that were in fact available in the store because she said there was but refused to sell them. Common sense if this is in fact a policy ATLEAST have the front store stocked and don’t make a customer feel less than when asking for an item that should have been available. The supervisor Isabella on shift though, extremely unprofessional.

This is an extremely busy store. I have been using them since they opened the facility. Any problems I have encountered were caused by the doctors office.

The Pharmacy department in specific is horrendous. The service of the pharmacy staff leaves much to be desired, unfriendly. There is just one staff named Wanda that is very nice and treats you like a human being.
