Pharmacists are always rude, rakes 30 minutes to speak with someone when you call, and the wait times for a prescription are ridiculous. Today I was told my prescription would be ready within an hour. I waited over an hour before heading over, giving them almost 1.5 hrs. Upon arriving the pharmacists who was by no means pleasant to begin with said it wasn't ready. I responded by asking why when I was informed it would be and they told me I couldn't have called. They then said they would move me to the top of the list but would still need a half hour. Mind you this us one single prescription, I'm waiting with my toddler, and just drove over in the middle of a storm. It was not until 37 minutes later that I was notified that it was finally ready. That is ridiculous and by no means should a single prescription take that long. This is not the first unpleasant experience I've had and probably won't be the last until they take action in regards to customer service. If you are able to avoid this pharmacy I would. I'm more than understanding that there are shortages within the workforce but these issues go beyond that, they are just rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful.

Dr. Called in prescription and was told it would be ready in 3.5 hours. Waited 20 minutes in line. It wasn't ready. Had to return later. Wasted time and gas!!

If you are going to be a COVID vaccination center that requires everyone to register insurance, put someone who knows how to use a computer at the only pharmacy window processing people. Lisa checking people in took 25 minutes to process one person's insurance, the line had multiple seniors waiting for 45 minutes. She had to ask multiple nearby staff for help with the computer, significantly delaying the time. Truly a terrible experience.
