The weekend pharmacy people are rude and can’t do their job correctly, I watched them situate my sons new insurance to pick up meds within 6 mins this was on a weekday, then my fiancée had to do the same on the weekend and they were rude to him and told him twice he needed to come back for meds. Get it together!!!! If anything switch to memorial the staff is great during the week and Jessica is my favorite person.

Farewell: I am writing to you as a reason for farewell, I have been a customer of this pharmacy for around 5 years and over the years I have dealt with the pharmacy staff, mind you, of the pharmacy not the store, those in the store are very kind and attentive but the pharmacy staff (the women), the men handle themselves better, the treatment of the client is zero, and I don't know if they think it is a favor they do to people by serving them, I am really at a point where I distrust them, because they get to take things personally and do not understand that it is a service of a primary order that they are providing, my humble recommendation is that they give you some customer service workshops, where there is empathy, my opinion may not even matter to you, but I fulfill my duty as a citizen to tell you, a pleasure and goodbye, I will look for another pharmacy where they can at least give a smile ☺️ to the one who comes there looking for a improvement.

The pharmacy receptionist is the rudest customer service representative I have ever encountered. She is rude to the elderly and impatient with all customers. And unwilling to be helpful when people are in a time of need. She is in the healthcare business and should be there to provide a service for those who are sick and in need not only is she rude to The customers when the doctors call and try to back up their patients she is unwilling to bend for them also. I have witnessed this on many occasions and finally had to write a review to warn people, you better change pharmacies until they change their employees to better provide for their Customers with respect.

Manger is a incompetent employee and decides not to do a transaction because they close in 20 minutes I’ve been here since 7 after don’t you think you should’ve said something before making someone wait around and one maybe be polite about it wouldn’t of been so hard

I had a problem with a prescription last week after leaving the hospital and Katelyn helped me so much calling the hospital and getting it straightened out. She is a great pharmacist and will go above and beyond to help people.

I bought a Hulu gift card and when I got home it wasn’t in the bag they looked at the cameras and said the person put it in the bag ? like really I work hard for my money I don’t steal I just want what I paid for. I’m pissed. This is why I like self check out.

The pharmacy is THEEEE WORST. Always ridiculously slow even when they have staff. Very frustrating. Not the pharmacy for anyone who likes things in a timely manner.

The pharmacy is the worst, they gave me the wrong vaccine and the worst thing is that they don't recognize the mistake and then they treat you like you're stupid.

Dark haired Spanish women with tattoos has a HUGE attitude problem. My husband came in for an ear problem,they said he needed a prescription and they had nothing for him here. I come in find a huge nose/ear/throat section. I ask why she didn't point him to the ear drops. She explains he needs a prescription. She gave me attitude . I get he needed the prescription part .I walked away cause I was too tired to fight and argue. She spewed her mouth for like another minute behind the counter,cause I walked away from her, other pharmacist were giggling,until I got up to the register. I just walked away!!! Didn't want to fight. Trash!

Whoever answered as a pharmacy tech you must hate your job so much or your own life altogether because you were very rude. Whoever hired these pharmacy techs must have been desperate to get whatever off the streets to cover because they don’t have customer service. You can be nice to them but they are rude just by tone of voice oh and expect a quick hang up before you even say thank you. Tells you how many people been complaining the last couple of years and nobody has done anything well it’s gonna get reported to corporate headquarters instead. Thanks CVS pharmacist!
