  Are they open after midnight?? WHO KNOWS! Take a stroll on over and you’ll see it’s a 50-50 shot on whether they are open or closed for “maintenance”. Update your hours. Ridiculous.

  Jose, the manager handled my situation well and made me feel valued as a customer and he cared about how he treated me. I observed his interactions with numerous coworkers and customers. He maintained professionalism and was courteous and mindful of all customers.
  I would recommend Him as a problem solver and I plan on returning to shop at this store again.

  Horrible experience. CVS app said this location had both kinds of cottonelle toilet paper that are on sale and I was in the area so I stopped by, I just needed two packages. In the small area where the toilet paper would have been was a sign that said customers to ask front desk if out of stock. When I asked the supervisor and front staff I was rudely turned away and told to come back later or tomorrow because the supervisor Isabella said since inventory was already accounted for that she will not retrieve any items because it’s their policy? I’m a paying customer and I wanted to purchase 2 sale items that were in fact available in the store because she said there was but refused to sell them. Common sense if this is in fact a policy ATLEAST have the front store stocked and don’t make a customer feel less than when asking for an item that should have been available. The supervisor Isabella on shift though, extremely unprofessional.

  More than willing person from the Pharmacy came out to help me find what I was looking for. She was very accommodating. Thank yoy, CVS,Memorial Drive ,Chicopee,Mass.

  This is an extremely busy store. I have been using them since they opened the facility. Any problems I have encountered were caused by the doctors office.

  The Pharmacy department in specific is horrendous. The service of the pharmacy staff leaves much to be desired, unfriendly. There is just one staff named Wanda that is very nice and treats you like a human being.

  This pharmacy is horrendous and incredibly stressful to interact with. They constantly refuse to fill medications for no reason, don't notify you when or why there's a wait, make clients wait 3-4 weeks without their essential life-saving meds regularly, don't stock medication, lose track of things, blame the doctors and patients for their own mistakes, try to charge for things already covered by insurance. They've even sent me home with a random stranger's prescription meds by accident before, and once time gave me like 25 pills instead of the prescribed 120 which caused an insurance issue. They often deny me my actual prescribed meds that I want to fill, and will refill things that I don't need (old inactive prescriptions or things I already have in stock that I didn't ask for) and force me to take it. Several of the pharmacists have been openly mean, ableist, and judgmental, making rude comments about customer's meds and disabilities.
  
  As for the store itself, it is clean and decently stocked, but everything is a million dollars.
  
  I wish I had the ability to use another pharmacy.

  Kevin in the pharmacy is very rude. From the second I pulled up through the drive he had a nasty attitude.

  I currently get all my meds at CVS on Boston Rd but need to know if you guys have the Wegovy Injections and if you do what would I need to do? It's been almost a month without them. I'm on a weight loss journey...
