I used to get my nails done for years but its been years since ive gotten them done. I brought my daughter in August to get her nails done (saw lady at first table on left) I thought they came out really good and finally decided that once I brought her in for a fill that I would get a full set. I saw the lady at table 7 and this is what I got. I really tried to like them, I didnt complain bc I felt really bad but now that I see that they're so lifted that its causing fungal issues in a couple of different nails due to how lifted they are. I got one nail off bc I don't want it to continue to get worse. Its like eating at my skin around my nails and now the white part on my nail goes so far down into my nail. Ugh
I added the photo I showed for reference of what I wanted. I didnt like the shape, how thick it was in the middle and how it was still very bumpy. The acrylic overlaps my cuticles on some fingers making it look wider and bigger than my actual nail. I should have never gotten my nails done again. I wanted to treat myself and kinda a self esteem boost 🥰 but nope 👎
Oh, by the way, the second time my daughter saw the lady at the first table on the right and they came out really nice also. So, im sorry #7, ur really nice but i had a really bad experience and lost out on money

Go here if you want a chop job. I left this salon and had to go to another to fix my nails. Waste of time and money.

Ask for the lovely #7 nail tech and you won’t be disappointed.
She’s lovely , efficient , attentive and has a great personality.
I’m definitely going back there .
UPDATE: within four days, the polish was peeling and chipping off of the thumbnails. I went back to the salon and number six.” Fixed” My nail with a completely different color than the original one and a different cat eye lol it was absolutely ridiculous here I am a week and two days later and two more nails have the paint chipping off.
While I do appreciate a lovely nail tech, I think I would prefer efficiency over personality next time.
And yeah, I definitely won’t be going back here lol

Came to get our nails done, asked for complicated designs, and they exceeded our expectations!!! Very talented nail techs. We sat at table 8 and 9 with Ann and Lee. They didn't take forever but had great attention to detail. Very fair price! Will be back!

I got my nails done a few days ago my gems are falling off and they forgot to put clear coat on one of my nails they did say I could come in and they would fix it I just don’t have time the lady had asked someone else what should I charge her they said $85 reasonable price at the time but half my gems are off and missing 3 days later and no clear coat on one of my fingers is a lil upsetting other than that they where very nice and was respectful

I've been waiting 1/2 hour on the side of the Chicopee store. This is the only way? While I'm waiting for a popcorn maker bought online, they brought out stuff to the delivery van. No wonder I have to wait! Am leaving now now so rating should be zero. I gave them my number, if they can not find it.😡😡😡

I really have nothing to complain about!! It was very relaxing! The lady that did my feet took her time and I appreciate that! I also did my nails and they were able to nail the color even though it was kinda hard to find the neutral I was looking for!!
